薩科舊果園海灘地區華美達飯店(Ramada by Wyndham Saco/Old Orchard Beach Area)

The photo online showed a lovely appearing facility. In actuality, it looked like abandoned property and was actually scary. It looked like a scary movie and after speaking to the woman at the shabby and unpleasant reception area, another event caused us to refuse to stay there. After initially giving my name to reception and allowing my license to be copied, it became evident to me that there was a major problem with the reservation. She stated that my license did not show the same address as the reservation. She asked for my telephone number, but I asked instead what she had and again what she had was nothing close to mine. I also looked at the room being offered and was appalled at the inhospitable appearance. I would not consider booking any travel arrangements with Trip.com again and would definitely not stay at that hotel at any time. While providing this review, I attempted to enter the date, but the website would not allow me to enter it as the site requested.

They gave us a handicap or assessable room which r not the nicest. N I don’t think they were sold out?? I’m not so old I need the grab bars! Anyways in addition the blinds n blackout shades did not close because they were improperly installed. I got on the chair n fixed them but my wife thought I was nuts n should have called the desk! But I know then I would have been up for 2 more hrs til it got resolved so I fixed it myself! Entrance to bldg was blocked for cars Br a cow gate! Not sure what that was about but if temporary then there should be a very apparent sign saying so! Staff was great!!

The remodel was a great clean quiet. Generally an overall good experience with nice clean room is very easy to relax Inn, and still close to things.

Very nice and clean the only downsides were no microwave, menu of food nearby, or list of tv channels.

O hotel é muito bom, quarto espaçoso e silencioso O único inconveniente, foi que chegamos no final da tarde e ao sair à noite para jantar, não tinha praticamente nada para comer a não ser o KFC e Wendys e ambos estavam bem sujos. Recomendo que se chegue durante o dia, para poder verificar opções de refeição.

Hôtel en rénovation (extérieur seulement). Très proche de la plage, 10 minutes. Les 2 chambres affaire que nous avons réservé étaient vieillotte avec des trucs brisés, exemple bras de chaise, patte de table et manque des poignées au bureau. Par contre, elles étaient très propre! Le matelas du divan lit pas confortable et l'on a dû se rendre a la réception pour avoir des draps. Les chiens qui y sont acceptés courent dans les couloirs et jappent la nuit. Très peu de place disponible au petit-déjeuner que l'on arrive tôt ou tard. Très peu de choix, galette de saucisse, galette d'oeuf, 2 gauffriers (donc, il y a toujours une file!), tranches de pain blanc, minuscules bagel. Le jus d'orange et de canneberge est bon ainsi que le café. Personnellement, nous irons dans un autre hôtel la prochaine fois.

Chambre vraiment confortable et propre , personnels gentils. Petit déjeuner mal organisé, chaises insuffisantes pour le nombres de tables, mal propre les portes d’armoires , les chaises et les tables sont sloppy very sloppy.

Endroit qui a dépérit dans les dernières années. En rénovation, très peu de service. Semble manquer de personnel et celui-ci est peu courtois.
