If you like challenging, error ridden, and unnecessarily difficult check in then stay at the Tom Quick Inn. At check-in our room rate was wrong. We asked Sue if that rate included our pet fees. She said No it did not. She said we would have to contact *******. After contacting ******* we wen back to Sue, who appeared bothered to deal with this, looked at our reservation with her supervisor and discovered that it was the pet fees that were already added in that increased our room rate. So, after over an hour of time spent sorting out the rate info. we left only to realize that most of the shops in beautiful Milford were closing. We felt frustrated and hugely disappointed. The staff did not value our time and changed the tone of our visit. The highlight of our trip was dinner at the Dimmick Inn. For 391.00 our stay at the Tom Quick Inn left us with the feeling of the cautionary tale BUYER BEWARE!!
