Beautiful place! All of the facilities are recently remodeled in a very tasteful style. The rooms are lovely with great beds! We are so impressed with the outdoor area! Beautiful pool, gas fire pit in a lovely seating area! Great value and Addi at the front desk is wonderful! We will be back again when we travel from Indiana to Philly!

Everything was perfect. I went for baseball playoffs and I arrived 2 hours early and they let me check in. Because of the weather one of our games was pushed back an extra day. I had to extend my stay and they were able to accommodate me in the same room. The staff was awesome. Always friendly and helpful

Staff was excellent but I was very clear about wanting cleaning service during my stay. Didn’t happen the whole three day visit after check in. If you are short staffed for cleaning then offer discounts to waive room cleaning. It should be included in the fort of the room, not an option you gave to ask for.

Very nice Hampton Inn. I'd definitely plan to stay again. Clean rooms - I like that there's no carpet on the floor.
Nice new bathroom.
Only complaint is the ac fan was quite noisy.
Otherwise, a very comfortable stay.

Other than being close to a major highway it was a bit noisy,
I didn’t like the fact they didn’t give a AARP discount cause we use a third party to make reservations.

The room was clean except for only one roll of toilet tissue. I put some used towels outside of my door and asked the cleaning personnel for toilet tissue. Didn't receive any. Also the cleaning personnel were very very loud. Girls running up the hallway banging the cart against walls very loud.. This was very annoying. But the front desk personal did come and help me with the thermostat.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and each time it's been clean, comfortable and the entire staff has always been friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for a good night's rest and a decent breakfast.
