麥迪遜西萬豪飯店(Madison Marriott West)

Была в этом отеле второй раз , как в прошлый раз все отлично. Даже сохранили мою посылку ,которую я не успела забрать в прошлый раз . Месяц спустя ,очень обрадовали . А то многие отели просто выкидывают Шум фонтана прям класс

First of all when we get there a check in they gave us keys and they didn’t work. So I when down back to front desk to let them know that the keys didn’t work so gave me another set when back up a the keys still didn’t work. While I had my wife my two daughters an my 12 month son waiting whole time in hallway. Besides the fact that we was there for a work event there at the Marriot that started at 4:00pm. And anyway they said they will send up maintenance in a few minutes that took like ten minutes waiting. So than he arrived a try to open door with master key but still door didn’t open. He tell us he had remove battery a put a new one in an he would be back to get tools. Came back in about 5-7 minutes to take whole door apart an put new battery in so finally to finished took around 10-15 minutes. So we was waiting for about 40 minutes. So finally me an my wife get dress to go to our work event. So we are there an my daughters call a said they pulled out the couch bed an it was dirty a full of crumbs everywhere. The was decussed an didn’t want to be there. So I called down to front desk an let them know what happen so said we can either call house cleaning or change rooms. So my daughters decided they wanted to change room. So at about 9pm we had to pack our things up an take to another room. So it was the same kind of room but seemed smaller. The new room didn’t have no sheets an blanket for couch bed so they finally brought them up. This is all with a 12 month old child.

The room was spacious, clean, with nice amenities. Perfect place to come back to relax in after all day at a conference.

The room is clean and had all the amenities one would want. I only stayed one night for a quick visit, so didn’t have an opportunity to explore the neighborhood or to eat in the atrium. As far as convenience, cleanliness and price goes this was just perfect.

Nice place and stay. Very courteous staff. Our room was for four adults. There was no bedding for the sofa sleeper and only had 3 towels four 4 people. Staff quickly provided bedding and towels.

Had breakfast for over an hour without a single cup of coffee. None was being made or brought out. They just took the big empty pot and never brought more. Elementary not having steady coffee at a business hotel.

Tim at the front desk was vert personable. Room was very comfortable. Close to highway. Near lots of shopping and dining.

When we arrived there was no one at the desk to check us in. We had to ask someone helping outside to enable to check in. After that they were polite and things went smoothly.

The hotel was impressively clean for it being dog friendly. I never would have known it was pet friendly! There is a $50 pet fee that we were not aware of, even after calling the hotel to check two days before. Beds are very comfortable! Might recommend bringing your own pillows though. Even with 2 stacked on top of each other, within 5 minutes it felt like my head was flat on the mattress. Other than that, great stay and I would recommend!
