蒙哥馬利德魯裡套房飯店(Drury Inn & Suites Montgomery)

Our trip was pre paid with credit card, yet we were asked to provide another card for a deposit on arrival. This was not mentioned previously, and turned out to be quite inconvenient. This motel was chosen exclusively because of the indoor pool, however the water in the pool was so cloudy you couldn't even see the bottom of the 3 foot section. Regrettably I allowed my daughter to swim anyway, resulting in a skin rash and what is shaping up to be an ear infection. The meals provided were mediocre, and while I kind of expected that for the evening meal the "full breakfast" did not even include a meat.

I had the worst experience ever. It was horrible starting at check-in. After traveling for over four hours following a restless night, I just wanted to check-in, get a shower, and take a nap before kick back. However, my room was not ready at company scheduled time, 3pm. I was told by Ms. Barbara, the employee, that she couldn’t check me in yet, after verifying my identity. She said sorry. She stated that I would receive a call once the room was ready. 30 minutes went by, no call. One hour went by, no call. A hour and a half went by, no call. I went back to the desk. A different employee was up there now. I stated my name and asked if my room is ready yet. He stated that the system has me already checked in. How? I have no key pass and no room number. He went to the back, another male stated that Ms. Barbara started the registration. The second male returned and gave me a key card. The lamp was broken. I reported it. It was now less than an hour before kick back. I went and ate. I was so exhausted, I didn’t go to the pool as planned. I decided to get in the jacuzzi. I filled it and pushed the button to start the jets. I nearly drowned myself standing up. Water from one of the jets forcefully sprayed out. The button didn’t want to shut off. I tried draining the tub as water was gushing in my face and ear. The bathroom flooded. I called the lobby twice before someone to came to get up the water. This young lady, low haircut was extremely nice. She offered $30 back. Not enough.

The property itself was fine. Barbara at the front desk is an absolute gem for sure! She was extremely personable and I noticed that all guests really enjoyed her. She took the time to know all guests and reason for their stay. She should receive some type recognition for she is the epitome of a team player for Drury Inn franchise. The neighborhood location is not ideal but she made up for it.

Our ADA room had lights unplugged, no table and chairs in suite area, a broken coffee pot and the shower caused water to leak all over the bathroom even with the shower curtain closed. Very disappointed as the Druiy we stayed at in Nashville was wonderful!

Great place to stay whether youre in Montgomery for the weekend or need somewhere to stay in between trips!! Its conveniently located right iff the exit...sams club literally behind the building if you should need it or want cheaper gas prices...but staff very friendly clean & the happy hour and breakfast definitely one of the best we travel a lot and Drury is one of our faves!

This was a fantastic stop on our way to the Florida beaches. The front desk ladies were extremely friendly as was the guy working the bar during the evening reception. The rooms were immaculate - amazingly clean - and the bed and bedding were perfect.

Was pleasantly surprized.. Fun place to rest up. LOVE the free drinks..Breakfast and light dinner..We were too tired to venture out and the meal did it for us. Idea... have a designated time for adult time by the pool in hot tub ..in the evening.. Quiet time enforced.after 9 pm. Overall will start using this hotel as our goto place .

Stayed here once before and good. Seems a bit more rowdy. They’ve opened a bar on premise and there was loud noise during the night and a loud domestic dispute above us late late night. Won’t be back.

Very easy to get to off of the freeway with close dining options. Nice breakfast and happy hour snacks/drinks. The beds were terrible, very bouncy, thin mattresses. The tub was tiny, a grown adult could not actually bathe.
