羅徹斯特布賴頓萬怡飯店(Courtyard Rochester Brighton)

Specifically chose this location because it had an on site restaurant I could have dinner. I was being dropped off and we would have no vehicle. As I was checking in, I was told that there would be no food service available. I think I should have received notice about that before arrival.

Nice decor, fast check in and out. Friendly staff. Was able to accommodate early check in request. But the room was not very clean. Didn't look like it was vacuumed very well, no lotion in the room, dust on the tables, asked for more blankets but it never came ( although they did give us other things we asked for the night before).

We were attending an event at the College. The hotel could not have been more conveniently located. We were travelling with a 93 year old and the accesible room and our ealy check in requests were honored. Room was clean and comfortable.

Initial welcome of staff and service was great. Lobby has been redone and is lovely. Fireplace cozy. Room was setup nicely. Loved the curved couch and ottoman. Unfortunately the hall (2nd floor) had an unpleasant odor. (I think someone must have thrown up, not recently, and staff couldn't get smell out of carpet.) Also, we thought there would be some room service as in making bed, replacing towels, emptying garbage, but we requested new towels and received a bath towel and hand towel. We had kind of made bed before we left room but it had not been tidied and room had not been vacuumed...so this was disappointing. All in all, it is the nicest place we have stayed on East or West Henrietta.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it was very accommodating! The Bonvoy Marriott app made it easy to chat with the staff, request extra supplies for my room (towels,blankets,etc.) and review the details of my stay. Through the app, you can even request where you'd like your room to be located. My room was very comfortable, cozy and also to my surprise included a balcony. I ordered breakfast from the Bistro in the lobby which was delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel for 2 nights and 2 days while in Rochester and would definitely come again in the future.

Loved the beautifully landscaped courtyard! A lovely retreat to relax & enjoy birdsongs. Felt very safe.
