羅切斯特-亨裡埃塔-長住飯店(Extended Stay America Suites - Rochester - Henrietta)

The lock system was not working. Hallway, elevator, everywhere looked not vacummed/cleaned, linens are dirty . There were only coffee/tea(not hot enough), muffin and instant oatmeal for breakfast.

Not so clean

該物業不乾淨。房間部分很好，價格肯定便宜，但如果乾淨的話。有些女人尖叫著，這裡有 4 個人因服藥過量或其他原因死亡。當我入住時，確實有人死了，法醫和治安官包圍了這處房產。總的來說，由於不乾淨和不安全的區域，體驗很糟糕。房間不乾淨，到處都是污漬。

1. Receptionist upon check-in did not display the "welcome; we are glad to have you as our guest" persona. 2. The grab-and-go breakfast was abysmal. Sunday at 9 am, there wasn't anything (receptionist told me they had run out of everything, and admitted that many guests were upset); Monday at 7:30 am, there was only coffee. A family of four stared at the coffee and asked me where the breakfast was. I told them that they probably ran out again. Very sad! 3. My bathroom towel rack and toilet paper holder were both broken. The shower was excellent, but there was no free shampoo available. *I don't plan to stay at this property during my next visit to Rochester.

The rooms were very bare..one painting on wall..one lounge chair one office chair that was not working right ..lots of homeless people staying there

I was so tired the 1st night I washed my face and hands and went right to sleep. When I woke up the next morning I looked around with disgust! I didn’t sleep there the 2nd night. I went somewhere else.

The bathroom toliet did not flush no hot water and the desk was broken sticky floor

Check in process was quick and simple. Bed was comfortable. Two light fixtures did not work. Several stains, worn paint, etc in the room. For one night's stay that wasn't a huge deal. I wasn't thrilled to be woken at 3AM by a staff member vacuuming the hallway.
