Residence Inn Whitby

We celebrated New Year's Eve in this area. The hotel was nice. The hallway was clean and bright. The room was clean and had a separate living area. The staff was friendly. We will be back for our next trip.

The Service was amazing. And rooms were comfortable.

I liked the safety they have in place. The pool was amazing but the hot tub was not hot using it the second day. Nice area, easy to find and the staff are friendly and nice. I did had a medical emergency where i had an allergic reaction to mold, and found molds in the washroom sink.. they came addressed the matter immediately. I had to use my epipens and happy i had them... The breakfast are is very small and they served the same nearly everyday. They don't cater for vegetarian or vegan.... But overall the experience was okay. I would of feel better if the manager apologized more and maybe offer donating for the inconvenience. But i am yet to hear or see anything.

Property is easy to find and get into and upon entering the room is a pleasant surprise compared to what I have settled for in past years at a different motel. The room was not only comfortable but was highly inviting and I immediately unpacked even though it was only a short overnight stay. Best nights sleep I had anywhere in a long time. Breakfast was also excellent.

The staff at this location could not have been kinder or more helpful. As aged seniors, one in wheelchair, there was always one of the staff freely offering to help us in every way. Never been in a hotel where staff were so sensitivw to our needs. Wish they had more accessible rooms.

1/ Staff were rude just didn't care. 2/ Advertized hot tub wasn't working didn't know when it would be fixed 3/ Food was lukewarm if not cold all 3 days I will never recommend or stay at the hotel ever.

Courteous young man checked us in. Loud entry with very loud youth running around. Didn’t like $15 grill cheese sandwiches and $11 for very ordinary fries.
