燈籠套房飯店-薩拉索塔(Lantern Inn & Suites - Sarasota)

I stayed with my boyfriend 2 nights. It's extremely clean and quiet. The only complaint I would have is that the office wasn't very friendly at check in/ check out.

Awesome spot. Kind of got concerned when I pulled up and saw the exterior but the room was extremely nice. Spacious, clean, reasonably priced. I will definitely be using this as my go to in the future when visiting the area. Also very handy it’s right next to a gas station for drinks. The only criticism is I was confused on where to check in. The bar makes the signage seem like the check in is elsewhere. A “check in this way” sign would’ve been great.

Very friendly check in staff. Easy check in. Property is well lit at night, feels safe. Property is well maintained, nicely kept. A gem really! Cameras are all over on properly as well, adding to the safe feel. Would highly recommend! And will return again! My husband said the bed was a bit hard/stiff for him. But we both agree that the overall experience there exceeded our expectations.

My room was newly remodeled. The room was really good having a tile floor, new furnishings, and plenty of room. The hotel itself is a bit in 'flux' due to on going construction. I asked for a quite room and got a corner on the third floor. Of sub $100 hotels in the area THIS IS YOUR BEST option. Don't let the bar scare you off. The folks at this really cool tiki bar seem to be fine local folks. Kinda like an outdoor tiki version of Cheers.

This place is a work in progress and if you can look beyond some of the areas that are under reconstruction you will find this to be a very nice place to stay. The building is a little rough around the edges but the room we were in appeared to have been recently renovated. They did a nice job. We were on the back side of the building. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Other than the street side Tiki Bar and pool there weren't a lot of amenities. But, that's Ok it was a nice place to stay for the money.

Started good but had a odor in the room. The management moved me to a newly renovated room and it was awesome. All fixtures, flooring, fresh paint and decor was was thought out.

The inn is obviously being remodeled and it looks really good for a 3 star motel. We were only staying one night so it was ok. However, our rooms smelled like mold so bad and the smell did not let me sleep. They have dehumidifies in the room that make lots of noise and was just not pleasant. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, it was convenient and a last minute decision. The property does seem safe and overall ok.

As a out state guest and one of not many that had been check into the rooms. While I was there for the 3days. I was the only one put in the very back on the 3rd floor after I specifically asked for a bottom floor and was told there was none available. As I was put on the 3rs floor in the very back right where they're refurbishing and upgrading from being a run down facility , right in the middle of their semi truck delivery. A huge inconvenience,very noisy due to the forklift every 5 seconds, for the whole day. I Had to park clear on the other side of the building to where I had to park right in front of the major road that has homeless people and ************ absolutely everywhere to the point they even sleep in their dumpster. After I did say something to the lady at the front desk, her response was to only try and gaslight me and said that I should of done this I should of done that. Absolutely horrible customer service,no apology what so ever,only gaslighted to the point I just walked out. I highly suggest that anyone consider this place that they move on to another choice. Only good thing that I can say, is that it is clear they're attempting to upgrade the property. However, Not that it matters with all the homeless and ************ right in the general area. Stayed several times. The staff is always very kind and helpful. The grounds are clean and kept up. It’s convenient to everything within a couple of miles. Rooms are being updated. Definitely recommend.
