Great stay, restful weekend, hotel amenities are plentiful leaving you with all the comforts you need.

Dirty stained towels and bedding. old stained towels used. Room didn’t seem that clean Shower was a bit moldy Counter desk area looked as though it had smears if blood phone was old stained and no contact or front desk number. I had to use my cell to call the hotel for knew towels and had to ask them to bring it. Front desk was adamant on having me go get. Waiting a bit to be served from front desk.

I was charged an extra $200 for no reason. For an “extended stay fee” when I only stayed 2 nights. When asked about more information about the fee, the guy was very dismissive and didn’t say much other than that. On top of that, they charge $5 A DAY for parking on top of that. The price given on ******* was not the correct one I was charged and ended up paying $210 on top of that. I was horrified and felt cheated. This place is nothing special to be charged that much money for a room with a fridge. It truly was a disappoin**ent. Will NEVER be staying here again and I will make sure no one else gets outrageously charged for a basic hotel.with the same money, I could’ve stayed at the Encore… a 5 star resort…

I wouldn’t stay here again. Book this place on a last minute trip to stay outside Boston. Old carpeting so it looks dirty. The shampoo/ body wash in our room was empty, old tv’s in the rooms. The kitchenette only offered one fork, one spoon and a few pots. You have to pay for parking, the other hotels in the area don’t charge for this. Upon check in I learned that they are pet friendly, which we were not thrilled to about. I guess that’s my fault for not seeing this prior to booking. Will do myself a favor and book somewhere else next time.

Looks better in photos! This hotel should renovate and use more accurate photos. Aside from the look I found hairs everywhere, in the towels that should be clean, in the bed, and then the shower it was gross. Besides, that customer service is very nice, and although establishment is a lot older than it looks, it’s clean for the most part but can be much cleaner.

The $5 parking fee is an annoyance. The lobby doors were hard to open and made it feel like this couldn’t be the main entrance. But it was. The host seemed very stressed out. There were lots of people waiting in the lobby. The room was set to 60 degrees—way too cold. In short, it’s not been great.

We were booked in a handicapped room on the pet friendly hall (blue carpet). The carpet was covered with litter from the entry way all the way to the room and smelled of pet accidents. The room carpet was only slightly better and the room was in a state of obvious disrepair. Only food amenities were in kiosks crowded in lobby with a separate scan and pay terminal nearby. Staff seemed to be constantly multitasking and doing the best they could with not enough hands. The non-pet corridors (white carpet) were somewhat cleaner, but still a bit sketchy. Overall cleanliness and maintenance was certainly quite subpar for the price charged. The outside door was supposedly key operated, but was never locked. Had we had a more flexible schedule for the visit, I would have rebooked to another facility.
