The pool spa was broken. Our tv in our room did not work, we told the desk and she said we would have to wait until the maintenance man came back because he went to the airport to pick up family. The room was NOT what we were promised (king bed). I finally insisted we were given a new room because I did not want to wait for maintenance man. She did give us a new room, HOWEVER this should have been her idea and not mine. My room key did not work. It was bad. The new room tv did work fine. I am very unhappy with Delta.

I would describe this hotel as clean, neat, and friendly. It appears to be brand new, and priced right. The food and service in the restaurant were great too.

Hot tub wasn’t working which was fine but the pool was cold for an indoor pool. Room was never cleaned during our stay after asking for 3 days and it was subpar to say the least. Overall it could have been worse but definitely could’ve been better

Everything was great. Only wished we had a microwave in our room. We didn't explore or use any of the other amenities, but everything we did use was nice.

Overall, this hotel is very good. The only issue we had was that they had two evacuation alarms in a 12 hour period.

This Hotel reminded me of being in Las Vegas......it was beautiful inside,had a small comfy lounge area next to the bar, located next to the Hotel Restaurant. Then next to that area were two more areas to relax in & one had a really nice fire place. I did order food from the restaurant & it was tasty. They even had a small coffee & pastries counter by the check in Desk.The room was super clean and though I wanted a king size bed they ran out of those rooms & gave me a double queen for the Same price. The staff was very courteous and friendly I highly recommend this Location & will stay here again during my travels to Texas..... Manny C.

Such a wonderful experience. Very homey and clean! Great service all around. I’ll definitely come back.

Enjoyed the annual kiwanis pancake breakfast just up the street. I regretted not looking for complimentary breakfast and, for the price, expected a welcome treat and infused water.

The lobby area is very pretty. The bar staff was super nice. The only issue I had was the shower was luke warm at best.
