Love the hotel set up . Hate that it's always sold out. Used to be a really quiet place but new management not very friendly or worried about what goes on in the room whatsoever. The owners have their own family all over the hotel. Kids everywhere outside.

Room was dirty and dated. The mattress was stained and needed to be replaced (saggy and soft, despite a box spring being underneath), box spring was torn and bed clearly hadn't been moved in a very long time for cleaning. The sliding door didn't close properly and whistled loudly all night due to high winds. Carpet was dirty-we were afraid to walk barefoot on it. It needed to be vacuumed as well as shampooed. The wifi didn't work-the signal was too weak. The room had clearly been damaged in some places on the walls and bathroom door, and while no holes remained the patchwork was not completed. The "breakfast" was basically muffins and white bread. I did mention the condition of the carpets upon check-out and was told that I should have asked for a different room right away. How about the cleaning staff clean the rooms properly to begin with?

The property was fine. The only problem is that I am still waiting for my deposit to be credited back. Most hotels do that immediately these days, there's no reason this property can't

I have stayed here many times but i had never been to this part of the hotel it was run down it was missing a night stand, and other furniture that we normally get with the room. The service was good it was just the hotel itself didn't like this room.

Wow! Totally not what i expected. The carpet was threadbare and the tack*****s were sticking up. The shower had some weird brown stains in the bottom. The patio door was cracked. The room door was hard to get latched. Closet door were off the track. All the furniture was stained and torn. Extremely disappointing.

This property was not well kept and the room was unimpressive. Pictures were broken and curtains looked like they had been chewed on by a mountain lion. Doors that were broken were patched and not replaced.

Stayed here 10 years ago and it was really nice, clean and comfortable. Went to room and it wasn’t very clean and TV didn’t work. Changed rooms a little better but way out dated. Bed was not comfortable and a little TV. Would not stay there again!!!

There was so many roaches, and the carpets were terrible and their couches were ripped and dirty!! Terrible place i've ever stayed in!!

Property was under construction. Hot tub was not working. No hot water in hotel room Redused discount or give refund. Qill never stay again
