No good smell in the room. I spent only one night there with my colleagues. Ok for a business hotel but the cleanliness has to be improved.

Descent for the money but not great

The service good and the room was clean and comfortable. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool so our children could swim; however, the water was so cold, they couldn’t bare it. I also assume that at over $200/night, some type of breakfast would be included, but this was not the case. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

Disappointed immediately when I confirmed a 2 queen bedroom and they told me they ran out and could give me a king. I booked this months ago. We were alright with it but the pull out mattress was disgusting and we weren’t letting our daughter sleep on that. Couple times no one answered from House keeping and so I would go downstairs to ask for something. They ignored my presence a few times even though they saw me waiting, but would talk to me when they were done with whatever they were working on. It was an okay experience for what it was worth. We did enjoy the indoor pool room. Overall okay but I would upgrade on a different hotel.

The room was clean, spacious, and relaxing. Pool, hot tub, free breakfast, gym, and free parking was a big bonus. The staff was friendly and efficient. It is located right next to Outback and other stores. It is on a shopping ***** so it is very convenient. I would stay there again. It made the trip worth it due to the peace of mind i had knowing i was in a nice hotel.

Everything was clean, neat and quiet in spite of the noisy road out front. We were checked in and out efficiently. I liked that they have sundries available if needed.

Room was poorly maintained. It was basically clean however one of the lights was not working, couldn’t close curtains which was a problem on a ground floor room, there were holes in wall in bathroom from where a previous towel bar was mounted. The restaurant which was supposed to operate until 9:00 closed before 8:00 and it does not serve alcoholic beverages. Would not stay here again.

Excellent Hotel! Quiet, clean, air worked great, friendly staff. I travel weekly and this is one of the best Ive stayed at in quite a while.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked getting fresh "eggs our way". The bed was comfortable and the room was of good size. The cashier at the Bistro was especially kind.
