Très belle hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi et c'était tres propre. Nous étions sur la.route vers Quebec et la 2e nuit nous avons dormi dans un autre Tru by hilton a quel point notre expérience d'hôtel était 10 sur 10. Le choix de dejeuner le matin est extraordinaire, le bar a crepes est excellent

We booked this hotel based on ******* filters checking the electric vehicle charger filter and it came as an option. We called the hotel to confirm that they have a charger and they said they do. Then when we arrived we found out that they don’t have a charger, and we almost got stranded on the road. The person the front office said they will cancel our reservation, but found out later that they won’t do a refund.

I am a Hilton Honors member which I hoped would mean if I asked for a quiet room I wouldn’t have been put in a room right outside the elevator. Unfortunately there was a gaggle of giggling girls congregating outside the elevator for hours and hours. Additionally the walls are paper thin so one could clearly hear people in the other room. All in all it was a miserable night.

For scent sensitive folks, avoid this property. They use a heavy scent in the lobby as part of their brand. Otherwise, this is a brand new property with development happening around it. If scent doesn't bother you, this is a nice place to stay. But for me, the scent made the entire stay miserable.

Me encanto este hotel y el servicio fue excelente sus empleados muy amables y sus habitaciones bellas y limpias todo lo que uno puede desear al viajar ,en verdad mi preferido en este viaje yo le daría 1000/10 gracias por su trato !

Our room was inhabited by someone else. Staff confused and embarrassed and ill equipped to remedy the situation. Left us waiting in the hall.

I was not able to travel as planned and neither you or ********** would either change the date of arrival or give me a refund. Not my fault wr had a major hurricane blow up unexpectedly
