Sehr warmer und freundlicher Empfang durch den Manager. (Wie ein Eigentümer) . Sehr schönes Zimmer mit vielen freundlichen Details. Wunderbares Abendessen und Frühstück. Sie können in 10Min. mit ihrem Auto in die Innenstadt fahren. Essen Sie im Galton House, es gibt nichts besseres!

Tout était parfait : endroit calme avec très jolie piscine … havre de paix après plus de 24 heures et plusieurs vols … et pour être en forme le lendemain pour un road trip de 3500 kms. Hotel très propre les chambres sont très sympas. Personnel très agréable et très professionnel ! Dîner et petit déjeuner très bons et très très copieux !

Hotel simples (primorosamente limpo!) com um atendimento impecável! Todos muito gentis e simpáticos! O jantar em 3 tempos é delicioso e o café da manhã um episódio à parte: desde a apresentação impecável, passando por produtos frescos e caseiros, ao sabor! Excelente experiência!

Owned by ultimate safari, this was the start and finish to our planned holiday with ultimate. You could not wish for a better place. Peaceful, calm and serene. The staff and managers were welcoming and personable. Nothing was too much trouble. We did not dine there but the managers organised our reservation and transport to the local famous hostelry, Joes Bar which was a lovely touch. The bedrooms and surrounding area are clean and 5 star and their sustainability was excellent with water saving tips and very little plastic use. The turn down service was also a nice little touch. They really are magicians. Thank you

This lovely boutique hotel is a convenient place to stay after arriving in Namibia. The staff were attentive and efficient and friendly and lovely. And our chef, Theo- out of this world. It was the best food we had in the whole of Namibia, with beautiful presentation as well as the actual food. 5 + stars.

We had a lovely stay, we were two couples. As we arrived the house manager supported us finding a nice restaurant. The breakfast was amazing! The rooms were tiny and perfectly equipped, the shower amenities smelled fantastic 😍 Unfortunately we arrived pretty late so we couldn't fully enjoy the nice pool area. Maybe next time!

Nous avons passés une nuit dans cet hôtel agréable et reposant, la chambre est très propre , calme avec une literie très confortable . Le repas et le petit déjeuner très bon avec des produits frais ! Personnel très gentil également, nous vous recommandons cet établissement.

A very relaxed a**osphere and friendly, attentive staff make this the perfect place to stay. The well appointed facilities - in the lounge area and around the pool - make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious.
