克里斯托弗·雷爵士水療飯店(Sir Christopher Wren Hotel)

我們非常喜歡這家酒店。我們住在溫莎套房。我們挑不出任何毛病。 工作人員從頭到尾都很樂於助人而且很有禮貌。早餐很棒。 位置也很完美！ 我們一定會再次預訂。

Always fantastic service when we stay here, Ines, joey and all the staff make us feel so at ease and at home , they assist as if nothing is of any bother or trouble to them. We have dined in some of the highest grade hotels, this by far has the best foundations starting with the staff that underpin the The Christopher Wren quality. Thank you all, see you soon Den Philip

Such a beautiful hotel and the staff were amazing, especially Ines. Ines was very helpful during check in and it was lovely to have a warm welcome on Chris**as Eve morning. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to so much or even a short drive to everything. The breakfast was also lovely and all the staff were friendly. We got a table right next to the window which was nice and relaxing with a beautiful view. We would definitely go back!!

Lovely hotel. Rooms are split across multiple buildings and our room was a bit of a trek. The room was lovely, clean and very comfortable. If I had to criticise; it would be the bar closing time. Back from an evening out, a nightcap would have been just the ticket. The breakfast was excellent!!

I have never been more disappointed with a hotel stay. When I arrived I was told that I was in an executive room but I could upgrade, for £30 if I wanted a better room. I was also told that I’d have to pay an additional £20 to have my spouse in my room as it was booked for one person. My room was small with a tiny window. My husband’s head actually touched the ceiling in two parts of the room. The “free” breakfast (I’m assuming that’s what the extra £20 was for) was absolutely appalling. (Sour milk, old fruit and eggs sat under lights for hours) Finally, we requested a late checkout at check-in and we’re told that was fine. When I stopped at the front desk to confirm the late check-out after breakfast, I was told I’d be charged £10/hour for the late checkout. There are so many better options in Windsor. Look elsewhere…

An old, traditional English hotel. Excellent overall and in an excellent location, on the Thames, which was well populated with swans. Within a very short walking distance of Eton and Windsor Castle. Only thing it lacked was an elevator to the rooms, at least the one I was staying in. Had to climb 39 steps up and 6 down to reach my room. This was no problem for me, but if you have difficulty climbing stairs you might want to seek a more modern hotel.
