溫莎希爾頓逸林套房飯店(DoubleTree by Hilton Windsor Hotel and Suites)

Hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are clean and staff is nice. Restaurant in the hotel is also decent.

Not clean the room on everyday and no refill the shower gel

Had everything I needed. Beautiful views of the river. Will be back again

I wanted Toothbrush, skincare set, a bottle of water.

We enjoyed our stay here. For the most part it was very clean and met our expectations (for the price we paid) but the washroom wasn’t very clean - there was a ring of dirt/grime around the base of the toilet which was surprising. Also, this is minor but the pillows were very very large and not comfortable for sleeping. I looked around for other options and there were just the four pillows on the bed, all oversized. Lastly, this is more a disappointment with ******* but we realized that the rate we paid through ******* was significantly more than the rate we could get if booking directly through the hotel. So something to consider when booking through ******* - I was surprised. I contacted ******* to get it corrected and because it was a “non refundable rate” and they apparently couldn’t get ahold of the hotel via the phone, they couldn’t do anything. I would have said the hotel met all of our expectations and rated it higher if it cost $100 less (we paid $286 for one night, parking extra). Just a so-so stay - certainly not bad but not exceptional either.

For the price we paid for our rooms it didn’t include parking the hotel doesn’t have a lot you have to pay $20 a day for parking at a lot behind the hotel. They don’t offer continental breakfast or even free hot coffee. The tv channels were just very basic cable. Nearby there isn’t much to eat it’s been a while since staying downtown Windsor but it seems like a lot of the restaurants and pubs have closed. The hotel returns wasn’t even open. Best places to eat were at the Cesar’s ****** just stay there rooms same rate, have places to eat, free parking, premium channels, and u limited fresh tea, coffee, pop etc

From the moment my husband and I arrived to THE moment we left we were treated phenomenally by all staff members. The rooms are large and commfortable , the bathroom is huge and the amenities. Fabulous. Thank you for the wonderful stay. The warm cookies upon arrival are such an added treat.

Double Tree in Windsor was a great place for us to stay while visiting for the weekend. The staff on the phone and in person were very kind and accommodating. The view of the Detroit River from our room was beautiful. Everything was neat and tidy. Only thing to point out was the cleanliness of the furniture; just a couple questionable stains on couch and chair, but our bed seemed very clean. Overall, great experience and will keep in mind for future visits.
