The floor Mader the bed was covered in hair and the air conditioning wasn’t working in the first room they put us in so we had to move to another room and weren’t offered any kind of rebate or even sorry for the situation. I stay in hotels a lot and have never seen one bad for the cost of the room

The room was not ready when I got there. The checkin was meant to be at 2 pm. I got there at 3, and the room was still taking care of. Once the checkin was done, I went to my room, and had a terrible smell. Moreover, When I relaxing on a bed, a staff member opened my door without knocking or any instructions. I traveled with an elderly person. the stairs were a problem for the person. The hotel has to specify wether they have an elevator, or abilitate the changing of suites. Not to mention the unproffesionalism of some members of the staff, yelling across the hallway. Making the guests feel uncomfortable.
