溫斯洛 I-40 凱藝飯店(Quality Inn Winslow I-40)

Overall I liked this hotel but there was no blanket on the bed and was pretty cold. Also the shower was either very hot or too cold, that was strange for a hotel. The breakfast was ok but not great, not a big selection. There were microwave burritos, but no microwave in the breakfast area. The pancake machine was cool and the pancakes were good but it needed fixing many times in the time I was in there. There was cereal and apples, muffins, juice and coffee. Was enough but would like a little more selection, and yogurt would have been nice. The room was roomy with a little couch and desk. The tv was large and had the Vizio streaming and a dish box and remote was there but did not seem to work. I liked the location sort of off the beaten path.

This is a legitimately nice hotel, and for price it’s even better. Really clean and quiet! They are currently undergoing some renovations but the only “mess” was just a little bit of debris on the stairs. The pool looked nice but I didn’t use it. Front desk seemed friendly and helpful.

The first room I was in had brand new mattresses still in the bag. Had to get a new room. Went to take a shower and there was no hot water. I was told that I might need to run the water for 10,15 up to 20 minutes. Still no hot water. They offered to move me to another room for a shower. Also found a gross clump of hair in the sheets after I already slept in them. The curtains wouldn’t close completely on the edges, and the light comes through the crack of the door so much it looks like the bathroom light was left on. Absolutely do not recommend.

The property is going through renovations, however, this was at one of the busiest times of the year. On their website it seems the renovation has been happening for over a year and the property was not prepared for guests. No hot water or a handle to turn a shower on, heating and cooling element did not work, and no water pressure were just a few to begin.

It's extremely noisy at night. People kept slamming doors, walking around, opening car doors. The building had zero insulation. I can hear people's shower next doors, them walking around, their TV. Even worse, the staffs decided to do remodeling around 7 and 8 in the morning. I could barely get any sleep. Also it says they offer breakfast, and they even had a sign saying the offer hot breakfast right outside the door, but the staff said they only offer hot coffee.. so false advertising. I'd not recommend staying here. It's worse than sleeping in the car.

Horrible check in. Hotel was under construction “renovation”. Hard to get into the room with construction crew blocking entrance. No carpet on the floors. No promised free breakfast - NO breakfast - “we are remodeling” but the check- in didn’t tell us that and charged full price! $30 per pet charge!

Check in was fine, staff was friendly. I had booked two room of which the TV in each room did not work. Was told the manager would call when she got in and take care of the problem. No one ever called or came to the room. The property advertised "breakfast included" they had nothing, stating they are remodeling so don't provide breakfast.

It’s hard to understand why I had to pay an additional pet fee when the room was so dirty it seemed like it hadn’t been really cleaned in.. years? I did not walk barefoot on the carpet. There were hair balls in the corners of the bathroom and a giant one in the shower drain that clogged the shower. The whole room was grimey :( very disappointed after staying at an EconoLodge in AZ that was very clean and hospitable.

No breakfast, hot tub jets nonfunctioning, no fridge, no microwave, remote missing for satellite TV, lights out, missing bulbs, no hairdryer, old curtains fall off curtain rod that is the wrong type.
