格羅夫度假村&奧蘭多水上公園(The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando)

Initial thought is the resort is beautiful. Staff is friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The room was beautiful, modern and spacious. Waterpark itself is okay for me, I've been to better. The spa is really small but I wanted my husband to experience his 1st spa, so for him it was the best and didnt want to leave. The massage therapist was immaculate. Food and drinks were okay. Tried to kayak but motor was down on their boat so couldn't do any of the lake activities per staff just incase someone gets lost they wont be able to come get you. Con of the trip was not knowing when you get there you'll pay additional parking and resort fee plus deposit. No lake activities except fishing at the pier. Overall it was a good 1st time experience there.

Property is very nice. Although the resort fee does not include the Flowrider in the water park. It’s $30 per 30 minutes and up to 5 riders making your usable time time to maybe 5 minutes. They should be upfront in the booking info. There are many other properties with pools and water slides and no resort fee. Just be upfront and don’t have hidden fees…nobody likes hidden fees. I would rather you just add an additional cost to the resort fee and have everything included.

It’s a time share gone wrong. You can tell there were lofty plans for this gorgeously planned property, but somewhere along the line it went under and construction wasn’t completed and not enough people signed up so now it’s marketed as a hotel. There are areas where construction material is still lying about and painters tape is on the walls. The place is also a maze and the signs sometimes not clear. Also extremely disappointing is the spa closed- yet they didn’t mention this anywhere on the website- so that was sad. The rooms could also use some sprucing up (paint on walls, etc). This all being said, the water park is amazing, the arcade is great, and the restaurant and market are also really good. The moral of the story is you get what you pay for, so although we came with high expectations expecting a lot for the price we paid.. for the price was actually appropriate for what we got.

We were hoping for a family friendly place to relax by the pool after a busy day at Disney, however when we arrived we found out everything closed at 5:00pm……everything! No waterpark, no restaurant. What restaurants close at 5:00? We had to order pizza to be delivered and never did get to enjoy waterpark. If I would’ve know this I definitely would’ve stayed someplace else.

Our 2 bedroom was huge. Plenty of space to relax. We did not have any water pressure in the master bathroom. The carpet was worn out and stained. I wore my flip flops the entire time. The washer and dryer was unexpected (I must not have read the amenities) and helpful! The pools were heated which was perfect since we came in February but we were still able to swim and enjoy the lazy river. The slides were nice as well with no lines at all. The arcade was expensive but we did do the black light mini golf for $8 a person. We did not try any of the restaurants so we can’t comment on their quality.

Hallways are filthy and look like an industrial park. Carpets are stained. Every single bulb in the room was bright white LED, which was jarring to say the least. The layout of the room was OK and definitely spacious, but seeing that our linds were stained with a mystery brown splatter made me wonder what else hadnt been cleaned. I wouldnt stay here even for half the price. The Grand Beach Resort and WorldQuest Orlando are far superior options for similar price points. Avoid this place!

This was my first time staying at this resort. Starting off the room was not what I booked. I booked a 1 king, 1 queen and the double sofa yet received a 1 king, 2 fulls and the sofa. Aside from the room inconveniences the rooms were not up to standard. The bathroom was dirty, the kitchen stove had a dirty tray in it. The fridge door inside was dirty, the couch that was part of the table had grease on it. And the list continues. Will provide pictures taken

Personnel agréable et serviable. Stationnement près de notre unité. Hotel difficile de s'y repérée par l'intérieur. Grand et doit marcher loin pour le water park. Cher pour le type de water park. evrait y avoir la possibilité de payer pour son utilisation et non être obligatoire 50US/jour.
