The hotel itself was decent. Their billing policies and lack of disclosure, horrendous. They ran my credit card for the full amount of my stay on day one. Great! I then received a $25 deposit hold, incidentals, sure. Then I had the full amount placed on hold...even though the full amount was paid the first day. There were no resort fees, no discussion about additional deposits or holds. When I spoke with staff about it they said, yeah, some people are surprised. I asked for managements number to have a conversation about transparency with customers, just let me know what is going to happen upfront, I was given a number that is out of service. I will stay with Hyatt moving forward. There is no surprise billing.
