Clean and tidy. Nice comfy bed. Spacious room plus the refrigerator was really helpful for keeping my foods from being spoiled. Nice restaurant. Highly recommend this place. It’s worth the price. Thank you

I’ve been staying in a bunch of hotels lately but this one was by far the best. Classy, polite staff. Our original room had a broken fridge, so they immediately gave us a new room. Most comfortable bed of all the hotels we’ve been in lately. Finally got a good night’s sleep.

The size and quality of the room was the best part but either the lack of staffing or lack of concern by the staffing made the experience not so great. There was a very noticeable mark on the bathroom toilet that appeared to be human feces, when I called the front desk they suggested i come down to have my room changed but I requested someone come up and properly clean it instead due to exhaustion after a long road trip. Another down side to the overnight stay was the amount of young people going in and out off the hotel as if there was a party somewhere in one of the rooms, that definitely made us feel unsafe as there was no one governing who was coming in and out until after hours. The $14.99 charge for breakfast took the cake I mean c'mon Hilton you gotta do better!! Overall it wasnt a bad experience but it definitely wasn't a great one either 😕... This will not be my first, second or third option next time I visit!

The staff was amazing very helpful, very kind and it was a nice hotel, except for they’re going through a transition of ownership and they did not have a lot of options in the lounge for drinks. I had an extended stay & I don’t feel housekeeping was up to par, they should’ve treated my room as if I was an overnight guest and came in every day to empty the trash make sure I had towels, etc. But I can’t say It enough about the staff, they were amazing and I truly appreciated them when I was there.

I didn't have too long of a stay at this property- I arrived in the afternoon, went out soon after, got back late at night and was out very early the next morning- but I enjoyed my stay here and all was fine as far as cleanliness and the room was very quiet as well. Those are always my main concerns with a hotel and this place did fine in that regard. I'd stay here again when next in Saint Paul.

I didn’t realize we had booked an accessible room so the bathroom wasn’t exactly what we’re used to. Also no Kleenex or lounge chair in the room. Otherwise beds comfortable and no noise whatsoever.

The shuttle bus to the Xcel Energy Center was a plus, since we were attending a concert there. The driver was very professional and did a great job of making sure everyone got back to the hotel after the show.

All of the staff we interacted with were wonderful. From the front desk to the cleaning staff—so helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom is looking a little tired with a damaged wall. It would be nicer if breakfast were included. Charging $15 per adult for breakfast seems a bit steep.

Room was comfortable. Bed was comfy. Really loved the pillows! Only complaint, no hair dryer in bathroom.
