The daytime front line staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. Complete opposite for the night staff. Seemed like it was a chore to get up from watching tv to help and they must have left thier smiles at another job. Close to everywhere i wanted to go. Breakfast was not so great. Jelly eggs. Cold sausages. Rooms were nice. Not quiet though. Good lotd the doors from other rooms closing were loud. The fridge made this wierd popping sound when turning on and off that would wake you. Over all 2.5 out of 5. I would recommend due to cost, location, daytime people.

We checked in and immediately checked out because of a concern of safety. The inside itself wasn’t the problem but the outside was very sketchy and unsafe, including other guests who attempted to pick up my friend and I in a really creepy way. We didn’t feel safe and left immediately. We didn’t get a refund even after being there for only 20 minutes.

Hotel was great option for our needs for a night stay. Generally clean and very friendly, helpful staff. Rating was primarily due to basic maintenance issues. Bath tub drained very, very slow. Was standing in water while showering. Carpeting peeling up in primary hallway. Would take 10 seconds to glue back down.

I was greeted promptly and respectfully upon arrival the person who checked me in I think her name was Ivy was an amazing person, very knowledgeable and eager to help you in anyway, it was wonderful thank you

Laundry room with only 2 machines. One of dryer was soiled and one of the washer can't be used.

2nd time we've stayed here. Both times we were impressed with the rooms. Very comfortable.

I loved my stay there last night. The place is perfect. Everyone there was very nice and helpful.
