房間還可以，附近購物吃飯都很方便！
定的雙床房，OK。
房間有做飯的裝備，可惜我們沒用上。

My room was noisy.
Late at night and exhausted i entered the room and was greeted by a noisy HVAC. Almost immediately after the HVAC, I realized the sound proofing(on window) is inadequate for the traffic noise from the nearby roadway. I figured my earplugs will help with that, I was wrong. Through the rest of the night I was awaken whenever a truck went by and only managed to get just a few hours of uninterrupted sleep.

Very loud at night people screaming running through hallways yelling. No hot water at all. I stayed there two nights over the weekend and there was NO HOT water. Had to shower in cold water.

Brooke was the rudest person I've ever encountered!! I spoke with Diamond about her and she seemed to agree with her arrogance!! Charmian and Diamond were great!!

Nice, clean place to hang your 👒 for the night. Super close to the mall and many great restaurants. Friendly staff and the breakfast looked good with more variety than most, althought we did not eat any.

The room is nice, and the hotel is located near the KOP mall, which is very convenient. However, it is also near the highway, so the ongoing traffic may be troublesome to light sleepers.

Stayed one night on the way home from visiting family. Staff are friendly and professional. Room was very clean and inviting. Kitchener was a bonus. The free breakfast was okay. Would definitely stay here again?

The HVAC system was as loud as a jet engine. When I told the person at the front desk, he said “sir you have to understand that these systems make noise”. I told him I have actually used such systems that never made this much noise
