We had three rooms. Upon check-in, all rooms were less than the desired level of cleanliness. One of my daughter refused to stay and checked out immediately and went to a different hotel. My room had a broken toilet seat held my one knob so when you sit, the seat slides off the base. The AC works only with High Fan; if Low fan is chosen in turns off.
The breakfast was also sub-standard. Scrambled egg was like a pie, except thicker on the servicing dish (4 inches).
The staff was incompetent. Although we checked out from one room immediately after check in, they sent us email receipt showing that we checked out as per original itinerary. Even after several request to front desk they did not correct and told me that they have informed the Manager and that she would take care of it. When we mentioned to the Manager she said she knows anything about it and she promised to call *******. However, she never asked for my name, room no, etc. I knew than she was not going to do anything and she did not.
