Fairfield Inn Philadelphia Valley Forge/King of Prussia

I liked the staff very much . I was not impressed with the bathroom. The shower door open was only 1" from the toilet and when it was open wide, the water dripped all over the floor unless an oversize towel was strategically placed. The other thing was there was no way to read the shampoo/conditioner/body wash containers in the shower.

We had three rooms. Upon check-in, all rooms were less than the desired level of cleanliness. One of my daughter refused to stay and checked out immediately and went to a different hotel. My room had a broken toilet seat held my one knob so when you sit, the seat slides off the base. The AC works only with High Fan; if Low fan is chosen in turns off. The breakfast was also sub-standard. Scrambled egg was like a pie, except thicker on the servicing dish (4 inches). The staff was incompetent. Although we checked out from one room immediately after check in, they sent us email receipt showing that we checked out as per original itinerary. Even after several request to front desk they did not correct and told me that they have informed the Manager and that she would take care of it. When we mentioned to the Manager she said she knows anything about it and she promised to call *******. However, she never asked for my name, room no, etc. I knew than she was not going to do anything and she did not.

It was good for a couple of nights stay although I'm used to having the room cleaned daily. I was told it only happens when the guest checks out or asks for the cleaning. Staff at the front desk was friendly and their breakfast was good. I would recommend to others.

Horrible. Asked for a clean room neve got it. Asked for clean towels they never brought it. Horrible. Never staying here agaim

The hotel was clean and quiet. It is located near several dining spots. Breakfast bar had gluten-free and non dairy options.

Building itself needs clean, Heat was not working properly- kept blowing out cold air at times, took a long time to get hot water, toilet was not flushing properly. Disappointed.

Meh. Front desk was nice. Lobby was clean and nice. Room, not so much. Dated, in need of a good cleaning, and paper thin walls. Giant cobwebs in bathroom, towel rack literally falling out of the wall, faucet in shower falling off.

I like the way front desk guy and a girl wished me Good Morning their smiling and happy faces made my each day. Maddy
