We stayed at this hotel for a soccer tournament. There was apparently a hockey tournament at the same time. The hockey tournament has boys running around the hotel knocking on doors randomly all throughout the day. The same boys were running up and down the hallways screaming. These same boys were pressing all the buttons on the elevators and basically just creating a complete disturbance of the hotel. Despite complaining to the hotel staff repeatedly, they kept saying there was nothing they could do. On our second night at the hotel. The people next to us started smoking **** and had a party with loud music and banging on the walls. It took 30 minutes for security to respond for them to kick them out. We had to get up very early in the morning and this Was extremely inconvenient. If I had known that the location was this bad, I would not have stayed here. The hotel staff seemed indifferent to my issues.

One of the reasons that we picked this hotel was because it advertised a restaurant on site, featuring craft cocktails and fine dining. We were planning on spending long days in the city, and thought it would be convenient to come back and be able to eat on site. I went downstairs on the first night to try and order dinner based on the online menu. The girl behind the counter told me that she didn’t think that they had any food there, and they might have chicken tenders, and maybe pizza. I asked to see a menu, and she told me that there weren’t any available. She laughed when I mentioned the online menu and told me that it was completely inaccurate. There were a few cold sandwiches and salads available for purchase. I asked if she could make a cocktail, and she told me that she had cranberry juice that she could mix with something. It was all just very lackluster. Overall, the hotel was fine. It was fairly clean, although there were some stains on the couch in our hotel room. My husband and I were traveling with our four children, so we specifically requested a room for six. There was one bureau with three total drawers, so we basically just lived out of the suitcases. If you are looking for a basic place to stay without amenities, this would do the job.

First and foremost the staff at the desk were friendly and as helpful as they could be with all the frustrations we had from the beginning of our stay and throughout. We were in town for a flag football tournament and picked this hotel not only because it was close to the venue but it also featured an indoor pool which we thought would be an extra delight for our children. No where on the site did it say that the pool wasn’t in service. We had to find this out after checking in and the kids eagerly racing down to the pool to only find a sign posted on the door saying it was out of service. The response from the manager as we wanted to know why wasn’t it posted that the pool wasn’t in service as this was one of the main reasons we booked here was that it isn’t featured on the site and has been closed for a month. This is not true because when we booked the hotel there is a huge picture of a pool and no disclaimer sayings it’s closed for whatever reason. The manager brushed it off as if it wasn’t something worth talking about. We also weren’t provided extra sheets for the pull out bed nor a remote for the television in the room. Several trips had to be made downstairs to get everything together which should have been done before we checked in. Upon arriving back from a long day out the entire room was not cleaned, only one bed was redone and it was done over with the same sheets. No new towels were given and when we went downstairs they said they had no clean towels.

Our stay was for 3 nights. We had 2 rooms. The rooms had a lingering bad smell in them, the housekeeping crew never showed up in any of the 3 days we were there for, and the AC broke down in one of the 2 rooms. Overall a bad experience. It is good if you are only staying overnight on your way somewhere, but not as a destination. Not recommended.

Got to the property for check in. When I walked in the lady behind the counter started the process. She wasn’t the nicest and then called for a manager like there was something wrong. Could definitely have been alittle more helpful and friendly

Front desk gave another party keys to our room by accident. Had people walk in on me and my child not fully clothed. Had people knocking on the door through the night. I didn’t feel safe. The pool area was also very dirty.

Manager was great but the other staff could have been friendlier. Breakfast was pretty good, coffee could have been better. Room was very nice and clean. I had a handicap-accessible room (though it was not necessary) but it was very convenient for someone in a wheelchair. Good stay!
