Receptionist was lovely. Rang us to see when our ETA was. We were in room 10, upstairs. Very clean room, reasonably priced. They have seniors discount, so if your a senior don't forget to enquire about this. I always bring my own pillow on our trips and I am glad I did, the pillows were uncomfortable for me and there was only one choice but my husband was quite happy with the pillow. Has a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee plunger. Also has dinnerware and cutlery if needed. I would have liked a free bottle of water and a sound proof room. It is on a main highway through Yass and it is noisey with the traffic driving past. So, if you need silence, like me, to sleep, this is not the place for you.

A very clean room on the ground floor with a comfortable warm bed. The bathroom was spotless with a great shower. We had a relaxing night after a long day driving. This is a motel we can recommend for the ammenities and comfort. We only stayed one evening, but would be suitable for longer visits.

We stayed two nights at the Colonial Lodge Motor Inn. It was very comfortable, spotlessly clean (newly renovated) and extremely convenient. Communication with the management was very welcoming and efficient. We would recommend this motel highly for any other time we are going through Yass and for any other travellers. STAYED SOME YEARS AGO - "SO SO". Property has ben refurbished, to a high standard. Excellent bed, good kitchenette, A1 bathroom. It was a pleasure to stay here. Helpful / pleasant staff (owners). Will happily stay here again. And would recommend it to other travellers.

Beautiful clean and friendly motel , quiet area , would stay there again , Thanks To Pritpal and Sharan , I could not fault their motel , very good pricing , it looked like the bathroom had just been refurbished , nd there is a nice little pergola good bit away from the rooms with BBQ .

Tidy and clean rooms with friendly staff. The heater worked well and the electric blanket was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

We stay here on our way home from Melb to Sydney a few times a a year. The rooms are spotless and updated. I love you can fill your kettle in a little kitchenette and the towels are lovely and soft. Always friendly service and great value for money.

Very clean, comfortable room in a good location, tastefully decorated, I liked the little kitchen sink which meant I didn't have wash my cups in the bathroom. Had everything I needed. The owner was friendly and welcoming helpful with suggestions for places to go
