Great location near the Leeds Bradford airport. Room was welcoming and comfortable.

This is the worst Premier Inn I’ve stayed in. The whole place is in need of a deep clean & redecoration. Non existent sound proofing meant the noise from the room above disturbed our sleep. Breakfast was poor: cheap produce, wrong breakfast served ,followed by upset stomachs - not great before a holiday! On the plus side, the receptionists were very friendly.

We used to stay here about 4 times a year but no more. After one bad experience earlier last year which Premier Inn did not respond to, we reluctantly stayed again in December. When we went to our room, we reeled from the cigarette smell. Receptionist said there was only a slight smell and when we asked her if she smoked - as she didn’t seem that concerned about the smell, said she didn’t. She then said she was new and didn’t know how to change the room around on the booking system. She phoned the manager who was trying to guide her ON THE PHONE how to do this. After 20 mins, she still couldn’t work it out and asked us to “move aside “ so she could check others in. She said if we went for a drink, she would come to get us. She didn’t come and get us so half hour later we went to find her and she was outside having a smoke!!! We have emailed and phoned and despite an initial email saying it was going to be looked into, we have been totally ignored.

Arrival went smoothly ...Then there was no lift I had 2 heavy cases to take to my room which was on top floor no help by the staff ....The room with no view No telephone to ring reception...well overpriced ..I would be thinking twice to stay here again ....Only good point was good for the airport .....Premier used to very good NOT Any more ....What a let down ..I have stayed in better for less

Stayed here for 4 nights as a lone person the rooms were very clean and comfortable as an older person who is not very tech minded I was having trouble logging into the free WiFi so I was unable to speak to family went down to reception and told Andy ( Pandy ) my problem he took my phone and within 5 minutes he had my phone working and stayed close by while I checked that I could send messages to people back in Lanzarote where I live.told me if I had any problems just to let him know what great service in this day and age five star treatment thank you XX

The hotel is in an Ideal position for Leeds Bradford Airport. I has comfy and clean rooms, It is easy to Find. Has a good restaurant next door. We have stayed at this hotel a few times and will use it again when using the airport. It is an ideal start to a holiday, takes the stress away from travelling to the airport.

Arriving back in England after a five and a half weeks’ stay in The Algarve, we checked in at Premier Inn in Yeadon. It picked our spirits right up when we were greeted by Andy (Pandy) at reception - not the one who wears the blue and white *****ed pants, I hasten to add! Back in Yorkshire, back in Yeadon back with great people. Andy welcomed us and very efficiently had us checked in in no time, even offering to assist us with our case. The room was, as always, very comfortable, warm and clean. We always start and end our holidays at this Premier Inn and are always delighted.

Fantastic staff, very warm welcome from Andy Pandy at reception. Top guy Food in the pub next door was spot on and also very nice staff. 10/10 for our stay before going to the airport for our holiday, flown lots from Leeds but never stayed in this hotel but definitely will stay again. 👏👏

Hotel was clean. The room was spotless, with Tea/Coffee facilities, plenty of towels and more importantly a very comfortable bed. Very handy to get to the airport with a direct line to a taxi service from a phone in the lobby. Also food in Beefeaters next door is very good. Would stay here again.
