디즈니 가려고 묶었어요 넓고 테이블도있어서 좋았지만 집이 전체적으로 낡았어요 가족끼리 다음에 온다면 다른곳을 갈거같아요 직원들은 친절하고 웃고있어서 좋았어요 호텔로비의 음료제공도 좋았어요

Our stay was great! We were able to reserve a family suite, which worked great for my family and my parents to stay together. My kids really enjoyed having their grandparents in the same room. The free breakfast was also a bonus. The only downfall was that I did not see any type of security on the premises and my sister’s car was broken into. The tea and coffee station in the lobby was great until we noticed stuff floating in our hot water. The location is close enough to Disneyland and can’t get any better with Target just across the street. We were able to have instacart delivery to stock the refrigerator. Would definitely stay here again.

I love that the property has a family unit so our large family could stay together in one unit. There were multiple families that had their four-legged family member along for the trip, though we did not, I love this as an option for the future. The kids loved the pool area and the outside entertainment with basketball hoop and giant connect 4. It totally met our expectations without breaking out budget. Will likely stay again at this location.

No hay limpieza del cuarto. En una semana que estuvimos solamente iban a “refrescar” el cuarto, lo cual era cambiar toallas y sacar basureros, jamas tendieron camas ni barrieron o aspiraron… obviamente después de una semana era urgente alguna de las dos anteriores… a la hra de hacer la reserva no se nos notifico esto

Once we got to the hotel, the receptionist was rude. Then we walked into the room and there were crumbs on the couch and a big tear in the couch. Then we went into the bathroom that had a red stain in the tub and the bathroom smelled of fecal matter. The bedsheets also had mysterious stains on them. The room service was also not done when scheduled so we were left with no clean towels and had to gather clean towels at the receptionist. The hotel is convenient with the distance to Disneyland and California which is a plus but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Never will stay again, needs to be upgraded, I was given a room that I didn’t ask for. Won’t clean the room unless you request or stay for longer time. Not as pictured, we asked for coffee 3 times at front desk would only say ok in 15 minutes it’s been 2 days already. Front desk staff out of focus, the last day front desk person was super sweet 10/10/23 at check out.

This was the worst Marriott hotel properties I stayed at. We’re Marriott members. Check in the staff was nice, but was charge $50 for early check in. I thought Marriott reward members received early check. We didn’t get room service until 3 days later. We complained and they said they would be there by 11:00 am. The person I talked to didn’t write down anything for the staff for the next day. We went out that morning thinking it was going to be cleaned and we came back around 1:00 and it wasn’t clean. The manager on duty made sure it would be clean and it was cleaned an hour later. That was a good manager, but the night staff dropped the ball. We had no clean towels because of the room service and I called to have them bring me some and they said I would have to come down to the front desk to get them. First time ever asking for new towels and they make the customer come get them. I thought maybe they just didn’t have any other staff, but when I went down to front desk and there was 3 staff member just talking to each other. I don’t think our floor was vacuumed the whole time as the floors were dirty the whole trip and we stayed 6 nights. I have stayed at many of Marriott properties, but this one was by far the worst. Also the fridge was set to colder then it should be. We had six sodas explode because they got frozen. Took me a lot of time cleaning. About the only thing that was good was the breakfast. It was a good variety and the stuff was really good.

This hotel was incredible! It’s a little further of a walking distance to Disneyland but you have an option of a shuttle or you can just get a Lyft drive for $6.00. The inside of the hotel is clean, bright and airy. They have a wonderful, slightly heated pool, a kiddie pool, and a Jacuzzi to use. Their breakfast options are amazing! They had a plethora of food to choose from. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff was perfect if not overly perfect lol. Jose was a great help at the front desk. There’s a bar inside if you want to get a drink and then go relax outside. They’ve got games outside by the pool to play. This hotel absolutely did a wonderful job.

Nos hospedamos 6 días y las almohadas no estaban en buen uso (muy maltratadas y no confortables ) y lo peor que nos empezó a picar el cuerpo y nos salieron ronchas y tenemos como picaduras como de pulgas o chinches. Llegando a mi ciudad tuve que llamar a mi doctor para que pueda ver mis lecciones y atenderme este mal momento pasado en este hotel .
