I booked this hotel based on the reviews online as well as its location. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. The first day I was there, having arrived the night before, I went to an amusement park, came back to the room, and it had not been cleaned. I went down to the desk and complained, The front desk said the maid left four hours ago. Very unhappy. Furthermore, the hotels, hot water stopped working the last afternoon and evening I was there. There was no compensation; nothing for the inconvenience. I had to take a cold shower. I was very disappointed, considering the cost of the room. And I never ever write bad reviews, but I could not let this go by.

Too much traffic noise and people arguing outside the window. The rooms were outdated and falling apart (nothing like the pictures). Toilet didnt work and neither did the window shade. The ac kicked on and off loudly all night long with no option to keep the fan running. The kids' bunk beds weren't made and they had no blankets. The breakfast was subpar. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This is a very nice and conveniently located hotel for its value. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to any request. In particular, the young lady named Debbie provided exceptional service. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I was disappointed to know 30 mins from checking in I received a call stating the handicap room I reserved because I am handicapped was not available and was told I was being upgraded because there was a problem with the plumbing in the room I reserved and the guy said I can upgrade you to a double queen because you reserved a handicap room. I advised that it’s because I’m handicap. I did not like the new room, it was farther for me to walk and get to and it was a smaller room too. So there was no upgrade and we’ve always stayed at your hotel when we’re in town but definitely looking for a new place to stay when in town visiting family. Couldn’t even get a discount because the guy said we were upgraded. Very disappointed.

We arrived at 100am so there was no one at the counter to open the door as they lock the doors for Security reasons - thank you! Waited nearly 5min for clerk to open the door. Clerk did not greet, smiled, and was very short as if I was troubling her by being there. Also, hotel looks nice from the outside but it definitely needs some upkeep and work inside; you start noticing once you walk the hallways and you get into your room☹️ Also, elevator takes forever despite only having 3 floors, towels were stained, carpets and doors were dirty, and the TV did not work either - it kept freezing after a few minutes. Finally, as I was writing this review, wife informed me she had to kill a cockroach in the middle of the night 😧 Very disappointed since it had a rating of 8.6 when we booked…

Room was pretty spacious but walls are thin so you can hear everyone outside the halls. Cleaner than expected. Happy there was continental breakfast. Worth the price to pay a little extra compared to cheaper motels. Would stay there again if only for a day or two.
