Great service. Staff did their best to accommodate for anything we needed. Clean and cozy. Breakfast was acceptable considering it was a business hotel.

I enjoyed my stay the staff were all professional, friendly and very helpful. I would like to say thankyou to an employee, Jan, who always made breakfast such a pleasure. The only issue i had was my first room had a weird smell which i believe originated from the air conditioning unit. However once I informed the staff about it another very helpful staff member who worked the front desk, I forgot her name but I believed she was Samoan,, was able to assist me in finding a different room. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

The property was clean, well lit and easy to access. My only issue was my room. I was given an “accessible” room, which was awful. The room was huge, with nothing but a bed, a TV on the wall, an office chair and a table. The room echoed so badly that it felt like sleeping in a basketball court. The shower had no threshold, so the water leaked all over the floor and made a dangerous situation after a shower, due to the slippery and wet floor.

We were in Redlands for a wedding for one night having flown in from the east coast that morning. We were unable to check in our room at 3pm, so we couldn't shower or get ready for the wedding (that started at 4pm.) So we had to get ready in the toilets, and leave our stuff in someone we barely knew's room. We also had to stay out much later than we had hoped because we had to wait until these folks wanted to return to retrieve our items . Every other wedding guest was able to check in early, we were left looking stupid in the lobby. Awful experience. It clearly states a 3pm check in time.

The hotel is perhaps the cleanest we have ever stayed in—and we travel extensively. Jan was incredible friendly and helpful with our breakfast and ideas about things to do in the area. Cynthia was also very helpful. Just a few blocks away is a massive shopping area. Highly recommend this property.

The hotel itself was what you would expect and the room was clean. They had a charging statin for our Tesla which was a nice bonus. The breakfast, however, was awful from what my mom reported. I came down myself 5 minutes before the ending time of 9:30 which is pretty early for breakfast to end. When I arrived at 9:25, literally everything was empty! Not a morsel of food left. I was told they had a large soccer group that ate before and after their tournament, leaving nothing for other guests. That response was of course very disappointing and disheartening! But again, my mother said it was the worst breakfast she ever had so I guess I didn’t really miss out after all.
