Tengo un gran problema!
Pague la habitación en línea y aparte el Hotel me hizo 5 cargos IRESPONSABLEMENTE POR UN TOTAL DE $1,473.00
Me parece un robo y no es correcto que me hayan hecho esos cargos.

This property was great! New hotel with very friendly staff. Everything was very clean and nice. Bed was comfortable, a/c worked perfectly and we had a great stay! We'll stay there again.

Everything was excellent especially the breakfast. Our only complaints were the check in desk as it didn’t have anyplace to fill out our forms. More counter area needed for that. Also, the hot tub was only a little more than Luke warm with a heavy bleach smell. So, we were not able to stay in it.

It was just okay. Last time i stayed there the lady that sets the breakfast out was rude to me bc i asked her a question as she had akready broke down the waffle station an hour before breakfast was over. I was not a fan of her unprofessional manner.
Rooms there are nicer and newer than a lot of yuma that charges more.

The area around the property was clean. Entering the lobby area was also very clean and neat. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean, and looked new. Breakfast was also great. I have no complaints. Our stay was nice. If passing through Yuma, I would definitely stay here again.

Like that everything is new here
Unusual there are no lights in the ceiling, so it’s kind of dark. I haven’t stayed anywhere that you cannot hear the occupants above you with heavy feet, etc.

A/C is so loud, you cant sleep! Feels like a big truck is parked outside my room all night long. Terrible. Breakfast was very poor. No fruit. No sausage or bacon. Just scrambled eggs. 7 am and everything had finished when we were there.

Nice new hotel. Rooms are modern style with a nice “large” tv. Staff are all friendly! Shopping and dining are close by. My stay was for business and I’ll definitely stay again!
