黛安娜扎達爾別墅飯店(Villa Diana Zadar)

Très bel endroit, tout est délicat du sol au plafond. Nous avions pris le "studio" qui n’est pas du tout au standard français car il est enooorme! Belle cuisine, quasiment 2 pièces séparées par des cloisons mobiles en tissus. Les hôtes sont très agréables, nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

Fantastiskt boende med underbar personal. Lägenheten var stor och fräsh med allt som kan tänkas behövas. Personalen var så trevliga och hjälpsamma, helt fanstastiska. De hjälpte oss att boka utflykter samt visade oss vad som var intressant att titta på. Ett extra plus var att de oxå pratade svenska och kunde fler språk än så. Är otroligt nöjd med resan, rekommenderar verkligen detta boende om ni ska åka till Zadar!

This booking was a part of a long European journey. We booked this villa 3 hours in advance, which seemed fine according to the confirmation email, and started driving. Upon arrival there was nobody to meet us. I walked around the house, which I initially thought was a mini-hotel but actually turned out something like an airbnb, but did not see a soul. I rang all the bells with the same outcome. Finally I called the number on the sign and got “the recipient cannot take your call”. Then I called the number stated on ********** and finally somebody picked up. I told then what happened and was told to call back in 5 min. I called back and was told to call back in 10 min. Then I was asked to call another number where a lady said “sorry, it never happed before, but can you wait 30 min and call back?”. The long story short, after over an hour wait somebody showed up to let us in. And then we saw this so called “superb” place: the room seemed damp and was very cold, the bathroom stank like sewage, bed sheets were dirty and I even found somebody’s hair on the sheet, which was disgusting. And the mattress was so cheap and soft that it would probably be better to sleep in our car. That would all be fine for a 2-star hotel, but this place shows 4 stars, which confused me and made me book it!!! Who, I mean, WHO rates it as superb??? The only good thing was the free parking and I assume it was only because we were the only guests.

The property was very clean and well kept. The owners are very personable and accommodating. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone needing a place in Zadar.

We loved our five nights at Villa Diana Zadar. Apartment (Orchid) stylish, spotlessly clean, and well resourced. Was great having a private patio area - watched some amazing sunsets from here. We enjoyed the 20/25 minute walk into Zadar but appreciate it might feel too much/far for some. Hosts were warm and helpful - genuinely felt they wanted us to have the best stay possible. Thank you. We hope to return and recommend to others wholeheartedly.

We stayed for two nights in August 2022, the hosts couldn’t be more accommodating. On arrival helped us with directions and lots of recommendations for the old town and best beaches to visit. We had a massive thunderstorm one day and all our cleaned (there is a washing machine) washing got wet, they happily tumble dried the towels for us so we could pack ready for our next leg. Well equipped kitchen if you wish to eat in for breakfast etc. Great stay, would highly recommend

ony, his wife and his daughter couldn't have been anymore accommodating. From the moment we arrived we instantly felt welcome. We arrived earlier than check in and were offered a coffee in the garden whilst we waited no more than 15 minutes. The room was great, perfect size for two of us and we had the luxury of a private terrace. Any questions we had were answered and Tony helped us book a boat trip which was really appreciated!

What a lovely people ! My Ryanair flight was delayed, making me arrive at 2.15 in the morning. They could have hide my key somewhere, but no they stayed awake and at arrival they were still super friendly! The room was large and had a private balcony, small kitchenette and very well maintained. Very comfy bed and an airconditioning that really cools down well. Walking distance to downtown is about 25 minutes. Supermarket 5 minutes walk. Next time in Zadar I will stay here again.

A little nervous at first - we arrived later than expected and GPS took us to a back street, so finding property in the dark was challenging. After locating property,the reception office was closed. However, the owner was watching on the security camera and came right over to take care of us. Tony was extremely nice and helpful in getting us to our room. Room was smallest on property, but totally adequate for our one night stay. Modern, clean,with everything needed. Tony gave us tips for visiting the old city center, including a wonderful spot to have lunch right across from the Adriatic Sea. Would stay again for hopefully a longer visit.
