埃列昂格蘭德水療度假飯店(Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort)

Летели с Варшавы авиаперевозчиком LOT. В самолёте предлагают один раз бесплатно воду (обычную или газированную) и бисквит. В пути всего 2,5 часа - и мы на месте. Довезли на автобусе до аэропорта, получили багаж. На выходе из аэропорта представитель Tui сверяет прилетевших и отправляет в автобусы. До отеля ехали 50 мин (по пути заезд в 5 отелей), хотя отель расположен в 9 км от аэропорта. Приехали в отель в 13-30. Сразу одели браслеты (детям -голубые, взрослым-бежевые). Наш номер был ещё не готов, поэтому, оставили вещи в комнате для багажа и пошли на обед В отеле питание по системе «Все включено» - шведский стол. В главный ресторан всегда очередь. Перед входом встречают 2 девушки и водят за свободные столики. Можно кушать и в закрытом помещении, и на улице. Но часто наблюдали ситуацию, девушки приводят тебя, предлагают столик свободный, но, если ты ничего не оставил за столиком, пока ты сходил за едой, стол занят уже другими. Причём девушки за этим абсолютно не следят. Впервые видели такую систему. Ужасно работает. Нам дали номер 441 с видом на сад, на первом этаже (нумерация этажей с 0). Багаж и нас довезли на электрокаре. Все корпуса с лифтом. Номер небольшой с кондиционером. Одна двуспальная кровать, еще одну кровать доставили ребёнку, кресло, 2 тумбочки с лампой, стул со столом. У входа 2 шкафа (халаты, тапочки, одеяла). Сейф бесплатный. Холодильник, телевизор с плоским экраном, чайник, одноразовые стаканчики, пакетики с чаем, кофе, сливки). Ванная комната с ванной. Гель для душа, шампунь и кондиционер есть. Обычного мыла не было. Полотенца пляжные сразу лежали в ванной (меняются рядом с ресепшеном). Банные полотенца очень маленькие. Номер с балконом, на котором 2 кресла и стол. Что очень понравилось, что есть маленькая сушилка для белья. Но не понравилось, что балкон без крыши. Это просто кошмар в жаркую погоду, но есть плюс, полотенца и вещи сохли в два счета. Посидеть на балконе можно было в лучшем случае только после 19-00 или до 10-00. Сразу хотели поменять номер (хотелось душ, т.к. мужу просто не удобно было в ванной). Подошли на ресепшен. Менеджер на ресепшен Лола без проблем решила этот вопрос. На следующий день нам предложили поменять номер. Он был в том же корпусе на 0 этаже и на другую сторону сада. Там был душ, закрывающийся ширмой и с маленьким бортиком. В комнате присутствовал странный запах сырости, поэтому мы решили остаться в нашем первом номере. Уборка номера была ежедневной. Всегда чисто и свежие полотенца. Спасибо огромное нашей горничной Наташе. Очень добрая и улыбающаяся. Отель с маленькой территорией. Погулять вечером негде. Ухоженный, растут оливковые деревья. Но Вы должны быть готовы к тому, что от рассвета до заката – Цикады! Звон этот беспрерывный может стать серьезной проблемой для многих. На территории отеля есть детская площадка, а на пляже стояли детские столы и стулья, где можно было порисовать. Также есть площадка для тенниса (настольного и большого). Есть футбольное и баскетбольная площадка. Есть детс

Dopo aver fatto una ricerca su un noto motore di ricerca per prenotazione ho scritto via mail all'hotel per per effettuare una prenotazione diretta, richiedendo la loro offerta migliore per due camere, alla mia richiesta di mail in primis hanno risposto che non avevano disponibilità, dicendo una bugia, essendo più di 5 camere libere in quel momento, in seguito smascherati mi hanno riferito che avevano l'accesso temporaneamente bloccato e mi avrebbero risposto il giorno dopo, infatti il giorno dopo le camere che erano ad un prezzo sono state caricate ad un prezzo di 400€ in più di quelle presenti il giorno prima. Mi congratulo per la professionalità dimostrata

Piękny i czysty hotel. Dla osób lubiących odpoczynek na uboczu a nie w centrum imprezowo-sklepowym jest idealne. Nie ma problemu wypożyczyć samochód i zwiedzić wyspę. Posiłki urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Εξαιρετικό προσωπικό με ευγένειακαιχαμόγελο! Τηρούνται τα μέτρα covid επακριβώς και το προσωπικό δεν διστάζεινακάνειπαρατηρήσεις! Τέλειο ξενοδοχείο το οποίο προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε οικογένειες και ζευγάρια!

We had a lovely holiday here,it exceeded our expectations,we did a late deal 2 weeks before ,and what fabulous value for money.what really made this holiday so good was the service from the staff,we were there October 13th to 20th so very near end of season for Greek islands,so the staff must have been very weary of all us holidaymakers,but you wouldn't have known that.the service in the restaurant was first class,we were shown to a table by front of house restaurant staff, usually anatasia,so professional, friendly and with a lovely smile.we sat outside and never waited long to be asked what drinks we would like,great service from Michaelis?(from kefalonia)Eleni and another young guy,the restaurant management were walking around helping too,it was like being in a taverna,the views were lovely.in the panorama bar the service was too excellent I think Efi?,my husband hardly went to the bar to order as she was always coming around asking with other staff whose name I didn't get,front desk staff always attentive and approachable smiling,vasia guest relations lovely,when I hurt my leg very helpful,now the room cleaner well,our room was so clean,the floor was so clean,we wore the white slippers and they didn't get black underneath.her work was so thorough and top class.we paid for superior garden room,it was very big, everything worked,hot water etc, mosquito screen,patio door and blackout curtains,our balcony was huge and had a nice view and sun all afternoon,we went back to our room and enjoyed the sun and quiet.the pools were busy and there was many selfish people who picked the best sunbeds before breakfast even despite signs,not hotels fault unless you employ someone to walk around before 8,and if the people do it without sitting on,then say no,but hard to police and people may get rude etc.the only thing we didn't like was the main pool area very busy,but it was nearly half term so we chose to come then,the music round main pool way too loud,in the afternoon it would have been nice to sit outside panorama bar,such nice views and not busy,lovely music playing but you couldn't hear it due to the loud music playing down by main pool,it's the only thing I would really complain about,but we went back to our room as was so comfortable and sat on balcony in sun so was lovely and helped to make our holiday ,so all in all we had a wonderful time,would we return yes we would,and forgot to mention that the food was very good too

This was my 3rd trip to a Greek island and I loved it! The staff were so friendly and truly wonderful people.The hotel rooms were clean and have a great view, wherever you are. The entertainment could be better although there was a kids disco every evening for the kids and every Friday a beach party.When it comes to meal time, the food was exceptional. Every night the restaurant cooked up a new type of food. For example: Mediterranean, Surf n Turf, Italian and much more. If your little ones aren’t a fan of the food, the restaurant has a kids corner with food that they should love.The locations of bars, restaurants etc was greatly designed and not to crowded.The cleanliness of the hotel in general was excellent and wonderfully cleaned.There were lots of fun things to do around the hotel, there was a small waterpark and kids activities every day! Surrounding the pool area were comfy sun lounges. Although there is a sign noting not to claim the sun lounges, they are usually gone by 8am every morning.The location of the hotel is in a nice area in the beach and isn’t to tucked away. My favourite part of the stay was the tasty food and waterslides and I would definitely recommend Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort to anyone looking for a fun but relaxing stay in Zante. Jessica Age 9

We visited the hotel with my sister and het family and we all had an amazing holiday. The hotel is spotless and staff can’t do enough for you. My son, 8 loved the reps and daily activities. They made him so welcome. Big huge thanks to Alexander she is an absolute asset to the entertainment team and we all loved her. Breakfast was great and lots of choice. Lunch we had sometimes in Buffett and sometimes from snack bar. Sone days felt alot busier than others obviously due to change over days. Sun beds were reserved on mornings which was no issue to us as my sister snd I are early risers and like the peace and quiet of relaxing reading before everyone else wakes up. You must try to get up for sunrise it’s so pretty. Evening entertainment was good and the team work so hard. Also a massive thank you to Kleidi one off the waiters who looked after us to the highest level. You will not regret going to this hotel it’s amazing.

Lovely hotel, we upgraded to have our own swim up pool, which was perfect for quiet days or when the rest of the party is still asleep and you want to tan. Couldn’t fault the staff, all friendly and will to help. Especially Kleidi, he made sure we were never without a drink had no matter how busy it got at night. He was also super friendly and you put you at ease, which just improved the whole experience. He definitely made my holiday. Will be coming back.

We really enjoyed our week at Eleon Grand hotel. Our room was modern and spotlessly clean and serviced daily. We booked an all inclusive package and the selection of food and drink on offer was brilliant. The jewel in the crown for this hotel is it's staff. Everyone - from reception, room cleaning, bar and restaurant staff were so friendly and courteous - nothing was too much trouble. We realised on the plane home that we had left a bracelet in the bedside drawer when we checked out. By the time we landed home and contacted the hotel it had been found and handed in by cleaning staff, and a special thanks to Lola on reception who arranged for it to be sent safely back to the UK. We stayed towards the end of the season so the village up the hill was quiet bars/restaurants closed (not a problem as we were AI) but supermarket, chemist etc were open. The beach here is more a shingle cove so not for beach/water sports lovers - but wasn't an issue for us as we prefer the pool. The grounds have beautiful olive groves which I imagine would be a godsend for shade in the summer months. It's about 3km to the town of Tsivili where it was a bit more going on, but not a suitable route for walking as mostly no pavements but busses and taxi's available if you want to get out and about a bit.
