雄偉水療飯店(Majestic Hotel & Spa)

Ottima posizione per chi non ha mezzi per spostarsi e cerca una zona centrale e movimentata. Spiaggia molto vicina e zona servita di bar ristoranti discoteche farmacie supermercati . A pochi metri fermata del bus di città. Il personale dell' hotel é molto gentile e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi esigenza. In particolar modo il General Manager Nikolas molto disponibile e presente in hotel durante tutto il giorno . La camera era pulita e spaziosa. Il ristorante a Buffett offriva varia scelta di cibo a colazione a pranzo e a cena con possibilità di mangiare sia all interno che all esterno. Presente una piscina con ombrelloni e lettini a nostra disposizione. Durante la notte l hotel è sorvegliato dalla sicurezza che gira per l hotel. É stata una bella esperienza

Nous sommes très insatisfaits d'avoir choisi cet hôtel ! All exclusive... trois fontaines (mixtures impossible à boire), les seuls autres boissons proposées du Ouzo ou de la wodka... Pour les softs, une seule mixture également mélangé à le l'eau, j'ai dû acheter dans les supermarchés à côté de l'hôtel Le buffet, n'en parlons pas, pas grand choix, pas de chocolats chauds pour déjeuner... Le soir de notre arrivée, plus d'électricité dans la chambre, une seule chaîne française (le conflit politique de l'Israël) sans compter que le service de nettoyage (une seule serviette pour deux, un seul papier toilette et compliqué pour en avoir d'autres...) la chambre qui sent le renfermée, des câbles qui dépassent du mur avec du scotch pour rafistoler les fil dénudés. Sans compter qu'il était impossible de dormir une nuit complète car les murs sont épais comme une feuille à cigarette autant dire que quand les personnes rentrées de boite de nuit c'était la java... Les toilettes un carnage personne pour nettoyer … Je déconseille fortement !!!

Ottima posizione in zona centrale e movimentata a Laganas,molto ben servita di bar,ristoranti,discoteche, supermercati,farmacie,pronto soccorso.Spiaggia molto vicina.Hotel ben curato con piscina e spa, personale accogliente,gentile e disponibile, specialmente il responsabile manager sig.Nikos. Pasti a buffett con vasta scelta di cibi,molto buono. Camera comoda,spaziosa,pulita

Ho soggiornato qui con due amiche e, al nostro arrivo alle 10.30 ci è stato detto di aspettare fino le 12.30 per la camera. Appena entrate si capiva subito che la pulizia era avvenuta in modo frettoloso e non avevano messo a nostra disposizione campioncini di shampoo e sapone. Avendo fatto notare la scarsitá di igiene la stanza è stata pulita meglio ma i giorni seguenti nessuno faceva più caso alla nostra richiesta e le camere non venivano rifatte come ci si aspetterebbe da un albergo a 4 stelle. Piscina e bar ok. Bisogna segnalare che il wi fi in molte zone dell’ albergo non prende. I servizi di pranzo e cena a mio parere non sono all’ altezza di un albergo a 4 stelle a livello di servizio nella sala e di scelta di frutta e dolci ma tutto sommato si riusciva a mangiare in modo normale ( tenendo conto che i sapori non sono come quelli italiani e non si puó pretendere ció ).

Het verblijf was erg goed! De hotelkamer was ruim en er werd elke dag schoongemaakt en nieuwe handdoeken gebracht. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en de manager geeft echt persoonlijke aandacht aan bezoekers!! Een grote aanrader om heen te gaan!

Ultimately you get what you pay for, this is cheap but I wish we had spent a bit more to go elsewhere. Pros: -Room cleaned daily -Big pool -Plenty of sun loungers -Location is right on the ***** -most of the staff are okay Cons: -Alcohol was barely alcohol honestly there were hardly any options (ie. Wine (awful) Vodka (petrol) whiskey and rum) -food wasn’t great, being honest it was more about the options rather than the food itself, if your picky go somewhere else. We survived on chips and pasta for 7 days and ate out on every meal we could. -rooms are dated and not in great condition at all (needs refurbing) -absolutely NO entertainment at night or day, pool tables (only in house entertainment in their so called “games room” were out of order) there’s not even music on. All in all, we paid cheap, we got what we paid for but I won’t be returning👍🏼

Horrible experience the room flooded my mother left her bag on the eating area and the saff found it and gave that to the staf members / manager who didnt even check the name on the id card and call our room. They stole 300euro and said we dont know who stole it after looking the camara for few hours they said all we can do give you 2 weeks for next may as a refund this was promised by Zoe and Nikolaus Taliouridis manager at that time. FUN FACT THAY DIDNT KEEEP THE PROMISE CALIMING THAT THEY DONT REMEMBER AND SINCE NIKOLAUS WAS NOT WORKING THERE ANYMORE THEY CANT HOLD ON WHAT HE PROMISED. DONT BE FOOL BY LOW PRICE IF U WANT TO ENOY HOLIDAYS SPEND A BIT MORE AND HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE.

This hotel is really a remarkable place. The people working here are truly exceptional. The only thing that bothered us is some strangers that they were next to our room, they were very noisy and they were always causing issues as if the hotel was their own. Not only that but they were doing all sorts of complainings but after i talked with them i realized that they were those type of people that they are never happy with anything in their life. They are complaining regardless of the quality of the service. Besides that our experience was very enjoyful and our time in the pool was very fun with our friends .If i would come to Zante this is he hotel that i would choose again with no doubt!

To be honnest I wasnt expecting this hotel to be that nice but eventually I got a completely different idea at the end than what I had initially. The place here is magical. They have very clean faciliies and rooms as well. Our 2 night staying was pretty much smooth and with no weird surprises at all. I specifically loved how friendly and prolite the staff is. I im pretty happy for Majestic!
