桑給巴爾弗德飯店- 阿扎姆豪華度假村及水療中心(Hotel Verde Zanzibar - Azam Luxury Resort and Spa)

酒店結構良好，可俯瞰碼頭（無法通往海灘）。不幸的是，游泳池關閉了，他們給了我們使用水療池的選擇。

I liked the food very much,breakfast was always fresh,tasty and well presented, The swimming pool was the best. special thanks to Rahma ooh such a beautiful soul and always ready to help when i felt a little sick- many thanks to Zubeir.. I recommend this hotel , i hope the Spa will be open when i come next coz it looks beautiful,,, the gym was amazing- ooh i cld write all day but your place is just amazing al round- greenest hotel in Zanzibar in deed. On en prend plein les yeux en arrivant, l’hôtel est très grand, ainsi que la salle de sport et le centre de spa sont très grand, 2 piscines (1 petite, 1 moyennement grande par rapport à l’hôtel) L’hôtel est magnifique, et propre, sauf les matelas de piscine sont degeux, nous l’avons fait remarquer et il nous a semblé voir le personnel défaire les housse pour les laver, (ils auraient dû le voir) Le personnel est bizarre et non souriant Curieux, ils vous regarde comme s’ils n’avaient jamais vu de touristes, quelqu’un d’entre eux sont désagréables, on se croirait dans une base militaire, on a l’impression d’être surveillé constamment, (ex: j’ai pris une serviette de piscine pour m’en servir à la plage, une personne est tte de suite venir m’interpeller comme ci j’allais l´a voler) J’ai fait remarquer l’incident a un responsable qui a tte de suite régler le mal entendu, seulement aucun dédommagement proposé pour un hôtel 5 étoiles aussi chère. Autour de l’hôtel c’est l’horreur !! Nous sommes sortie devant, il n’y avait rien de touriste, une route, la pollution, des gens peu agréables et très très curieux, ils vous dé*****llent du regard, comme ci l’ont venait d’une autre planète. Et derrière l’hôtel la cata ! Vu sur mer? Il y a un port type commercial, zone industrielle, un parc aquatique et une pleine de jeu pour les enfants, pas de belles plages à proximité, si ce n’est que plus loin sur le côté de l’hôtel, une sorte de plage où personne ne s’y baigne, car l’eau est polluée par les bateaux du port, quant à l’odeur, l’atmosphère c’est irrespirable, je n’ose pas me baigner de peur de me mettre en maillot de bain, vu comment on vous regarde déjà habillé Le restaurant de l’hôtel est médiocre, les prix sont excessifs, la nourriture n’est pas bonne Les potatoes n’étaient cuitent, trop de poivre dans les nouilles, une sauce tomate piquante et sucrée à la fois accompagné de nouilles avec des calamars et des poivrons marinés. Par contre le petit déjeuner est très correct car il y a du choix, là aussi le personnel n’est pas souriant à l’exception de quelques uns d’entre ont été adorables, ce qui nous a surpris d’ailleurs lorsqu’ils ont travaillé, le dernier jour… La ville est a 5klm trop loin…à pied

The hotel is enormous and seemed beautiful, there were signs (I presume) that had been removed on the entrance facade, and not cleaned up, that immediately made me a little concerned. The hotel seemed beautiful though, if a little lifeless. There is NO ALCOHOL available, which I respect, but it is definitely a negative mark for me. But then when I got home from dinner, had a shower and grabbed a towel, there was an entire termite nest in the towel. Literally hundreds of termites everywhere and all over me. They had clearly not been cleaned or swopped in weeks. It was truly disgusting, and I slept very badly imagining them crawling all over me. I told the reception in the morning and they laughed at it in shock. A manager then came and asked if he could see the photos and inspect the room, I showed him and said sure, I didn't even get so much as an apology. I am in Zanzibar for work often, and will not be back!

Pizzası lezzetli idi. Hidaya bizimle ilgilendi, çok samimi iyi birisi. Her isteğimiz için bize keyifle yardımcı oldu. Teşekkürler. Bu bölgede bence tercih edilebilecek, ***et başarılı bir menü, kola da ***et lezzetliydi. Söylemeden edemedim 👋🏻

Overall, the hotel was great. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Restaurant was tasty. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was a bit slow- food at restaurant, ordering room service, asking for more towels...all took quite a while. But it was still a nice hotel. Palace ruins next door were pretty cool. Immediate surroundings otherwise not great, but close enough to Stonetown.

The resort is amazingly beautiful with everything spacious: rooms, lounges, restaurant, conference rooms. There is a serenade that's difficult to quantify but enjoyable beyond measure. The selection of food is wide both A la carte and buffet. The food was fresh and tasty, even for big groups. The ever smiling staff with acute consciousness for service were a good company during our stay. Free drinking water was a novelty. If you want a peaceful retreat with lot's of items to enjoy, Verde has it: swimming pools, gym, spa, water play centre. It's a place for healthy living and life style.
