祖特爾梅爾巴斯蒂歐飯店(Bastion Hotel Zoetermeer)

Tolle Mitarbeiter sehr freundliches Team kinderfreundlichkeit essen im Hotel eine 10/10 die Lage ist sehr flexibel der Strand lag bei 20 min Entfernung essen in Nähe ist die Stadt 2,1 km entfernt dort gib es Restaurant shoppen alles mögliches vor Ort der Parkplatz in der Stadt sehr praktisch vor 2 Stunden kostenlos nach 2 Stunden zahlt mal 1,90. wirklich empfehlenswert der Hotel. Wlan Funktionen super.

Kamer prima en schoon, maar wel erg gedateerd. Badkamer ERG klein. Kleine douchecabine, weinig ruimte om prettig op het toilet te zitten, bijzonder weinig ruimte rondom wasbak. Weinig comfort. Restaurant weinig sfeervol. Ontbijt ook geen bijzondere kwaliteit. Meeste was op. Kan beter!

Prima verblijf was ook niet veel te verwachten voor een snelweg hotel. Maar kamers waren prima. Roken alleen niet zo fris. Personeel was erg vriendelijk maar npc’s. Was erg rustig in het hotel. Lekker kunnen poolen. Goed verzorgde badkamer. Prima bedden.

O apartamento surpreendeu pelo tamanho: enorme e com todos os requisitos para uma boa hospedagem. Cama muito firme e confortável. O banheiro era muito espaçoso e com artigos de toilete de cortesia. A decoração era um pouco estravagante em vermelho e preto. Mas sem nenhum problema. Estacionamento amplo no hotel. Tem restaurante; mas não utilizamos. Mesmo perto de rodovia e com caminhões estacionados em frente, era bem silencioso.

El hotel en general está bien. La limpieza y el personal son correctos. En la habitación tienes máquina de café con dos cápsulas de Nespresso y leche en polvo con azúcar pero no ponen botella de agua y la máquina de la recepción ha estado estropeada durante toda mi estancia. Justo enfrente hay un McDonald's pero nada más. Todo es carretera, vías de tren y caminos con naturaleza. Caminando unos 20-25 minutos puedes encontrar zona residencial con algunos comercios y restaurantes. El baño me pareció incómodo. Es demasiado pequeño. En la pica se cae todo el agua y, además, si no tienes cuidado puedes golpearte la cabeza con la repisa que hay más arriba. El colchón no es que fuese muy cómodo pero los he probado peores. En cuanto a la distancia hasta Ámsterdam, pues está lejos. Tenéis algo más de hora y media y transbordos con varios trenes. Junto a las perchas tenéis el letrero de "No molestar" y "Limpien mi habitación". Yo me olvidé poner el "No molestar" y, aunque tenía el cerrojo echado, me abrió la puerta el servicio de limpieza. Suerte que estaba al lado y pude cerrar porque estaba completamente desnuda de camino a la ducha.

Upon arrival all was fine and the room was okay. But when we decided to have dinner it all went horrible. First soup was really cold, the bowl was warm which meant they tried to microwave it, so they took it back. But got the main course before getting the soup back. Then the screaming started. We heard everything went flying in the kitchen! And the screams and awful swearing continued into the restaurant. When we spoke to the waitress we said that this behaviour is reallly not acceptable. In return she angrily told us off and said we would have done the same if we were not appreciated in our work, we then said eh no we would not behave this way let alone swear like this. (Worse kind of swearing). She stormed off. 5 minutes later a woman came screaming out the lift that a man grabbed her and held her by the neck. It was like a horror film. Staff tried to calm her down, but it appeared they knew this woman and the man...when my husband asked why did they not call the police, she said she could not prove it. After this terrible episode we let the reception know that we are not going to stay another night after this one as I would then be on my as my husband was going in to hospital im Zoetemeer. Next morning we complained again whilst checkimg out. This time the manager was present. She was shocked at our complaint. She was not aware of what happened. The checking out went smoothly and got a refund which we appreciated. But never again at this hotel.

Vond het prijs wel goed, lekker douche en goede bedden, Alleen tv deed het niet , na vragen aan balie bleek dat alle tv’s al een tijdje niet werkt , “storing ergens” Vind dat ze dan geen tv als dienst mag benoemen ,

Ik heb me prima vermaakt tijdens mijn verblijf. Ben prima opgevangen en netjes uitleg gekregen. Wat mij betreft een eventuele volgende keer weer hier verblijven.
