蘇黎世設有游泳池的飯店

環境：離開最近的公交站大概步行5分鐘，步行300米有一家migros，但是晚上八點會關門，對面有一家kebab。 設施：比較陳舊，房間還是比較侷促的，衞生間淋浴有半塊玻璃遮擋，無法完全關上。 衞生：杯子明顯沒有洗過，感覺打掃人員沒有認真打掃。

We stayed at this Novotel in Zurich, the Novotel in Munich and the Novotel in Geneva. This Novotel was definitely not as good as the others. The location is fine - it's well connected to public transport (it is located in the business technology park). We had booked nearly nine months in advance and asked for two rooms near each other (we were travelling as a family). We were given two rooms on separate floors at opposite ends of the hotel. It was literally the most far apart that the rooms could be. Reception on check in said that they would change it, then kept me waiting for 45 minutes while they tried to do so. I gave up at the 45 minute mark and just took the rooms that had been initially allocated. The initial person on check in did try and be helpful and gave a good restaurant recommendation. The other person on reception really was not helpful - in the end one of his colleagues stepped in to assist as I think she could see that he was being very unhelpful. Reception was often busy with queues (the reception area is not large enough for the size of the hotel). We were clearly tourist visitors to the city, and no-one in reception advised us on check-in that there was a huge festival in the city taking place (attracts 2 million visitors to Zurich) that was affecting all public transport plus restaurant availability etc. The rooms and the pool were fine. The breakfast at this hotel was very, very average, particularly the hot food items. The breakfast compared very unfavourably to those offered by the Novotel hotels in Geneva and Munich. Check out took a long time, and there did not seem to be a place to drop keys. The staff have very casual uniforms (pants and polo shirt) which also contributes to the whole feel of the hotel seeming like a lower standard. Hopefully Novotel can look at this hotel and try and improve the standard so it is of a similar standard to its other locations. (Novotel Munich in particular was so much better!)

A great hotel! Design and amenities are excellent. Easy and uncomplicated check-in and out. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Very convenient location close to the train station. Will definitely be back.

La Reserve Eden au Lac Zurich is a beautiful, newly renovated hotel with an excellent staff. The only wish I had was for more space in my room. We reserved the junior suite with a balcony, expecting a sitting area. Space is expensive in Zurich, and although the bathroom was spacious and gorgeous (that marble sink was awesome) the word ”suite” was not accurate. However, if you want a place with a contemporary decor, excellent service and impressive restaurants, I would highly recommend this hotel. The view of the lake is superb, and it is close to the city center.

This is my favorite hotel in Zurich. I can walk in the forest back to the hotel during the early morning. It’s a good place to get rid of let lag.

位置極佳。就在一個老城區,貝爾維尤電車站旁邊。所有購物和餐廳,包括巴恩霍夫大街,步行幾分鐘就到了。克拉布有電車到蘇黎世湖的公共海灘。房間(對於1-2人)乾淨現代。我唯一錯過的是空調。不過有一個戴森風扇,因爲大約29C的熱天,那東西沒有完全冷卻熱。工作人員很好,樂於助人。注意下由於COVID19和缺少正規旅遊大驚小怪,前台開10am-8pm

床非常大，兩張拼的，由於加的床太差，最後一家四口全睡大床，倒也不擠，也有空調，歐洲的夏天沒空調絕對不行；晚餐就在酒店解決～就一般

Arrived in Zurich and stayed here on our first night as we got situated for our two week trip. Upon checking in, everyone was overwhelmingly friendly with nothing but great energy and positive vibes. Hairo (spelling?) at the front desk was amazing. Incredibly helpful in getting us to the train station the next morning, arranging the taxi for us and letting us know what platform we needed to use. The hotel design was great. The library had a great atmosphere and is the setting for breakfast. The room was solid and functional for a one night stay. The spa was a great way to ease into our trip with multiple pools and saunas. Overall, it was a relaxed and trendy vibe but not too cool. The hotel was a little further removed from the city center, but for the first night that’s exactly what we wanted. It was still very close walking distance to a handful of food options and a local train station. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend. Would love to return.
