蘇黎世設有 Spa 的熱門飯店

環境：離開最近的公交站大概步行5分鐘，步行300米有一家migros，但是晚上八點會關門，對面有一家kebab。 設施：比較陳舊，房間還是比較侷促的，衞生間淋浴有半塊玻璃遮擋，無法完全關上。 衞生：杯子明顯沒有洗過，感覺打掃人員沒有認真打掃。

We stayed at this Novotel in Zurich, the Novotel in Munich and the Novotel in Geneva. This Novotel was definitely not as good as the others. The location is fine - it's well connected to public transport (it is located in the business technology park). We had booked nearly nine months in advance and asked for two rooms near each other (we were travelling as a family). We were given two rooms on separate floors at opposite ends of the hotel. It was literally the most far apart that the rooms could be. Reception on check in said that they would change it, then kept me waiting for 45 minutes while they tried to do so. I gave up at the 45 minute mark and just took the rooms that had been initially allocated. The initial person on check in did try and be helpful and gave a good restaurant recommendation. The other person on reception really was not helpful - in the end one of his colleagues stepped in to assist as I think she could see that he was being very unhelpful. Reception was often busy with queues (the reception area is not large enough for the size of the hotel). We were clearly tourist visitors to the city, and no-one in reception advised us on check-in that there was a huge festival in the city taking place (attracts 2 million visitors to Zurich) that was affecting all public transport plus restaurant availability etc. The rooms and the pool were fine. The breakfast at this hotel was very, very average, particularly the hot food items. The breakfast compared very unfavourably to those offered by the Novotel hotels in Geneva and Munich. Check out took a long time, and there did not seem to be a place to drop keys. The staff have very casual uniforms (pants and polo shirt) which also contributes to the whole feel of the hotel seeming like a lower standard. Hopefully Novotel can look at this hotel and try and improve the standard so it is of a similar standard to its other locations. (Novotel Munich in particular was so much better!)

We stayed at this Marriott hotel during a spring family trip to Zurich. It was very reasonably priced for a family of four. The strengths of the hotel were its lounge, breakfast and service. The only downsides were a relatively small room, outdated fitness center and location outside the center. It appears to be in an emerging area and near a university and other offices. It is near a train station a few stops from Zurich Main and near a tram line that also runs to Zurich Main in about 15 minutes. Service in the restaurant and lounge and from the front desk and housekeeping was quick and efficient.

家裏的氣很放鬆,平靜。第一次去那時我和朋友就不想離開了。房間很漂亮,尤其是很乾淨,我很值得的。員工真的很,很開放,給我所有其他的子。我和朋友肯定不會是最後一次,下次要預訂一段時間。

Our 2-night stay in Zurich was nothing less than extraordinary. From the bell hop to the front desk, conceirge, restaurant and housekeeping staff, the service was extraordinary. It's been a long time since we've felt so pampered! The hotel thinks of your every need, is expertly appointed AND managed, and is staffed by professionals who truly exemplify customer service at the highest level. The room was luxurious and quiet, the bed superbly comfortable, and the added touches (for example, swiss chocolate and refreshed glass water bottles at bed turndown) were so welcomed after our long days soaking in all that Zurich has to offer. The lounge restaurant included delcious local and international offerings, the service of course was extraordinary. And the MIchelin-starred and other accolades that the Parkhuus restaurant enjoys are well-deserved. We dined twice (breakfast) at the Parkhuus where the amazing service combined with a heavenly cuisine that includes some of the most delectable breakfast offerings imaginable. Our experience was indeed exceptional.

This is a lovely hotel with great views and nice rooms. The reception staff are excellent. It is a shame though that the restaurant staff are a bit inflexible in a Swiss kind of way. There is a mix of customer service. If you deal with the normal staff there’s an ‘attitude’ like ‘we are doing you a favour being here’ After Covid-19 when the hospitality industry was shut down it surprises me that there is no consideration for customers who are staying at the hotel. The mood changes when the maitre’d comes out and deals with people at the entrance. It is smooth, no attitude. There is a problem in Switzerland with the standard of customer service. Maybe it needs Gordon Ramsay to visit to give your people a massive boot up the bum. Either take the comments below on-board. Or just stick with what you’ve always done.
