Nosso Senhor do Bonfim Church has a striking beauty. It is a symbol of El Salvador and its culture. It offers some of the best mass ceremonies in town, very Music - although you have to get there as soon as possible to find a seat. It's also near the church where you can buy those colorful lucky ribbons with the words "Lembran &1; ADO Senhor do Bonfim Da Bahia" (usually 10 to 20 $2 ribbons) that you can immerse in the holy water of the church or wait until the end of the mass to receive the blessing of the priest.



I love this sort of places where people find a unique way to be present forever. The walls of colored ribbons tied are just beautiful and unique. The church is too, but as churches go this one is not amazing, although is beautiful. But come to see the ribbons, is like that tradition in Paris.
