馬來西亞彭亨州的公寓

所有的設施都很好。但我想抱怨一下退房時間。為什麼我們要在早上11點前退房，而標準退房時間是12點。我們需要趕時間，感覺很不舒服。希望您能完美安排時間，讓您的客戶在您的住宿下榻更加舒適。謝謝

Apartment is good but the service is terrible. We booked through agoda for 10pax, but the amenities given were only for 6pax, need to pay extra for 4 pax amenities. We ordered 2 more beds, beds were given but pillow excluded! Phone in living room cannot be used to contact customer service, it is used only for contacting another room, need to WhatsApp customer service! You need to check in first to get the access to go into the carpark… otherwise the apartment is nice for family vacation.

房間不錯。房間有洗衣機。還有完整的廚房用具。感覺像家一樣。陽台乾淨。工作人員很友好,對目錄有幫助。步行到客房服務。因爲酒店有這麼多街區。就像迷宮。

我喜歡金山的位置!超讚!它處處中間。如果你坐車旅行,非常適合你!得到了99Speedymart,7E就在大樓下面。最好的部分,只有週五和週六的夜市。週日他們不營業。到布林昌7公里,到塔納拉塔中心鎮只有2/3公里。不過我得到的單位是角單位,是2月底的風/雨季,滿滿的風聲一直從窗戶傳來。不過我喜歡。你並不經常發生這種令人毛骨然的事情。沒有便利設施。我沒有像我的法蘭茲房間那樣得到拖鞋。熱水加熱太長。早餐很慢,不是那麼美味。不需要購買帶早餐的房間。牀單被罩有污漬。除此之外,我的短暫停留還可以。位置讓我克服了這些問題。

要等很久的電梯之外還有就是廁所非常臭！可能因為阻塞導致，因為沖涼洗刷後的排水非常慢！ 除了這些，其他的都很滿意！ 還要感謝Maple Home的服務是非常讚的！ 幫忙開鎖房間門（被孩子反鎖的房間門）🫣🫣🫣 幫忙找回孩子的臭臭（被遺忘在住宿了）🫣🫣🫣 他們的服務非常的滿意！

入住期間有點失望,因爲它與酒店不同,而且排隊時間很長。酒店沒有任何隔音,所以你必須等到晚上9點,然後施工聲音就會停止。空調只能在房間內使用,客廳很暖和。

The location is about 1.4km to sky world and this is the reason we chose this place. The small route leading to this place is narrow and foggy so advise to drive when the sky is still bright. The check in process was a pain. No clear instruction when booking with Maplehome. We travelled with 2 elderly and 2 small kids. There are many blocks at ion delement. Upon arrival, I called them on check in process and I was asked to park at car park and go to level 3 for check in. They didn’t inform we are supposed to park at level 3 and check in at level 3 car park. So all of us dragging the luggage went to level 7. And called them again, went back to level 3, get the key, went to level 7 because family is waiting there not knowing where to go, went to grd floor of tower 1 and have to asked again then gotta walk outdoor to tower 2 on a very slippery walkway, then reach your place. It was a joke. Customer service is not doing a great job. The place- it was spacious and ok. Sewerage smell is strong in kitchen and living hall. No dishwashing detergent provided so we didn’t use the glass. Heater not working after 3 persons used for 5 mins each. Good that there is en suite bathroom for the 2 bedrooms apartment we booked. Didn’t use the balcony as the weather was wet and cold so the floor was wet. TV has limited choice. Good that there is kids channel to keep the kids entertained. There were some small dirty stain on the wall. At night, the wind was strong so the room door keeps making sound even if it’s closed. Dogs were barking almost all night long. - breakfast is not included if you booked with maplehome. If want to have breakfast, suggest to book direct with ion delement. We have to pay rm60 per person and rm30 per adult. However. It was the worst breakfast I had in my life- sausage was sour, ham soaked in water, people used hand to take bread, coffee not refilled in machine and doesn’t tastes good, . Just take the egg. The restaurant should be rated as no star. Not hygienic, no passion and a pure mess. There is a small cafe opposite the restaurant. Suggest to try that if you happen to be there. Wouldn’t return here again.

Lokasi yang menarik, ramai pengunjung waktu kami menginap di sini, kami rasa tempat ini sangat sesuai untuk percutian keluarga kerana harga yang berpatutan, bersih ditambah dengan parking dan kemudahan untuk pengunjung yang menarik…👍👍👍

Service okay, kebersihan so so , Ada sarang burung depan rumah.. taik burung banyak.. water heater 2 Kali tukar sb rosak. Lain2 memuaskan.. pergi pasar malam tak perlu cri parking jalan kaki sahaja..

...漂亮的房間。好地方。入住時不可以,地板很髒不乾淨。地板不髒。牀單被罩髒其他都還可以。房子的碎片必須再次檢查,衛生很差..髒的托特,我知道房子碎片只噴水。髒毛巾帶回去嗎?其他都還可以

沒有浴具提供,其他還行 要訂的,請準備自己的浴具 乾淨的房間,沒有wifi,良好的氛圍 適合在那裏度假 樓下有早自助,下午自助餐,晚餐自助餐 還有兒童和成人泡池 有停車場

Lokasi yang menarik, ramai pengunjung waktu kami menginap di sini, kami rasa tempat ini sangat sesuai untuk percutian keluarga kerana harga yang berpatutan, bersih ditambah dengan parking dan kemudahan untuk pengunjung yang menarik…👍👍👍

Overall memang terbaik bilik kemas and cantik spacious also bathroom full lengkap will repeat if come to kuantan again 😁

我們得到的第一個公寓是在一個可怕的狀態,骯髒,螞蟻和可怕的牀墊上,我們幾乎無法入睡。我們抱怨,尼泊爾的辦公桌工作人員非常樂於助人,讓我們搬到另一個更好的公寓。由於某種原因,所有吊扇都從我們看到的兩間公寓中移走,吊在天花板上的電線被吊着。在主人的臥室裏,我們安裝了吊扇,但客廳裏卻沒有,我只好向家人借了一把扇子--我不想整天坐在空調裏,爲電費付賬。家務活每週進行一次,由另外2名幹了合理但基本工作的尼泊爾人(尼泊爾肯定是奴隸勞工的最新來源)負責。他們沒有足夠大的牀單牀,不得不把兩個小的重疊,毛巾是那麼舊和破舊,在家裏我只會用它們來清洗汽車。游泳池不錯,雖然沒有定期打掃,而且現場有一家小迷你商店,提供必需品。我“差”評級的主要原因在於正在進行的翻新工作。它描繪了當客人知道我住在哪套公寓時,他們完全無視付費客人,但他們決定在周圍的所有公寓對我進行噪音大的翻新。顯然還可以,因爲只在早上9點到下午5點之間(實際上更近6點)。其實,它並不好,因爲那是我白天在熱天的時候。房間翻新後會看起來更好,他們會額外收取RM1000p/m,我懷疑,對地方的運行持同樣冷漠的態度會佔上風。雖然妻子不喜歡住在Tembeling,但我將認真地尋找那裏,以期待下次去寬坦。

it's a nice unit view a cool sea view located next to Kuantan River. Conveniently accessible to all proximities. The parking area of the building is quite messy. took find time to figure out the orientation.

The 2 bedrooms apartment was clean and good. However this place lacks a good restaurant to dine. We had to cross the road for local dishes..
