I am not one to write reviews, but this experience was just very frustrating for a hotel that we were very excited to stay at based on the rating, reviews, and pictures. I want to make sure that this would not happen to anyone else because flying halfway across the world with no sense of where we would stay during the night was scary. 1) I never received an email the day before check in from the hotel, which supposedly had self check in instructions. 2) I called the hotel multiple times during the day prior to check in to get more information about how to get there, but no answer 3) Nowhere online on palazzo pianca says we can only check in until 3pm, if not then we would’ve taken an earlier train to Venice 4) no courtesy call or email from the hotel to confirm if we got the email on how to self check in, even a few hours before 3pm on check in day. It was just assumed everyone receives an email 5) we waited over an hour in the lobby at 6pm. We called the number of the hotel multiple times, I emailed, I pressed all the buttons in the front, no response, which led me to call my credit card booking company to assist. It took them almost an hour to get ahold of someone before they got someone from the vendor to come over to the hotel. However, by that time we were already outside walking to our a different hotel we booked because we did not want to waste anymore time since we are only in Venice for just a day. We ended up having to book an even more expensive hotel to accommodate us last minute. We decided to stay there even though your employee was able to finally assist us checking in because we did not want to also lose money on this hotel. Two of your hotel guests even saw me waiting in the lobby for a long time trying to talk to my credit card company. They even went to get me when I walked out and I showed them that I didn’t get an email and I called multiple times to reach your hotel. They were kind enough to check up on us because of how anxious we looked.

B&B posto in uno dei tanti vicoletti di Venezia non lontano da Campo San Polo. Appena varcata la porta vi attenderà una scala abbastanza ripida la quale vi porterà al piano superiore. Non esiste una vera propria reception bensì un corridoio piccolissimo con un computer. Abbiamo pernottato per due notti la camera non è di dimensioni generose e il bagno non è finestrato. Purtroppo la moquette la fa da padrone e ritengo che sia poco igienica. Una presa accanto al letto non poteva essere utilizzata e coperta con del nastro adesivo. Diciamo che le foto pubblicate sul sito sono “ottimistiche”. La sala per la colazione è al terzo piano e troverete una ragazza che vi accogliere in modo garbato e vi chiederà se volete qualcosa di particolare, che verrà preparato nel cucinino a vista. Entrambe le mattine le brioches erano bruciate. Disponibilità di qualcosa di salato. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Partendo nel pomeriggio abbiamo deciso di lasciare le valige in loco al momento di ritirarle abbiamo chiesto la disponibilità della toilette per dei bisogni fisiologici. Ebbene non esiste un toilette che non sia in una camera pertanto abbiamo dovuto optare per un bar.

The best place I've been, calm, nature and good food, easy to get to, you can walk nearby, there are wine crops everywhere, beautiful views from above of Verona, clean air, the room has everything you need, your own balcony where you can enjoy the sun and feel Italy!

My husband & I stayed 5 nights in a canal view room at Locanda La Corte. Located in the quiet neighborhood of Castello, LLC is an easy walk to the Rialto Bridge, San Marco, vaporetto stops and numerous osteries and cafes. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean. Being on the canal was lovely and not noisy, as the thick windows blocked noise. If you are sensitive to morning noise, be aware the room choice might not be for you. The staff was courteous and helpful, especially Mar, Jon & Andy. Morning breakfast, served in the cheerful outside courtyard, was plentiful with eggs, bacon, breads and yogurt. The on premise restaurant served an excellent dinner with mellow music each night. We highly recommend a stay at LLC!

We hebben drie heerlijke overnachtingen gehad in dit hotel, niet te verwarren met het gelijknamige hotel middenin Venetië! Wij hadden de gezinssamenstelling nr 106 en 107 verbonden door een balletje. De kamers zijn ruim, brandschoon en heel mooi aangekleed. Er wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt! Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en heerlijk. De service van het hotelpersoneel is alleraardigst, super vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Openbaar vervoer ( trein en bus) zijn op 400 mtr afstand te belopen. Zo kom je in 15 min naar Venetië! Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

A lovely hotel in a quiet area, yet only a few minutes walk to all the sights. I had a few queries before visiting which were answered very quickly via email. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The man on the reception desk had an encyclopaedic knowledge of Venice and all her sights and places to eat. He was also very interested in our experiences of his recommendations on our return. The room was clean and comfortable. A small fridge was provided as well as a bottle of water. Top tip: keep the bottle and refill from the water fountain around the corner. The location is excellent. It is wonderful sitting having breakfast in a café nearby, listening to the swifts calling overhead in the cool morning air. Breakfast was provided but we declined as we wanted to be up and out early. You need to provide payment card details so any damage can be paid for but this is fairly standard. It is communicated on the website. Also a city tax is payable but this is very small in comparison to city taxes elsewhere in the world. I don’t know why people are still surprised by these things. I can only think that they don’t research. To the staff: Thank you for making my daughter and I feel so welcome and making our room up to our needs. We really enjoyed our time in Venice and when I return with the rest of the family in the future your hotel will be our first choice.

My wife, daughter and I stayed at Relais Empire for two-nights while on a road trip across northern Italy. This small hotel is arranged over the first and second floors (there is a lift) of a old town building adjacent the main street to, and just a short walk from, Piazza Brà (and the colosseum). The building facade is currently being restored which did not affect our stay, but currently makes accessing the hotel entrance a challenge with the intercom to 'buzz' reception on the first floor to open the entrance door and with the intercom obscured by scaffolding/boarding. This issue aside, we experienced no noise or disturbance from the building work at all. The hotel's interior decor is lovely (very Italianate), the rooms/bathrooms are a generous size and very clean, the beds are comfortable, and despite our rooms facing onto a main road close to the touristic centre, the hotel was exceptionally quiet at all times. Breakfast was superb with a generous mix of hot/cold breakfasty food and beverages, and the small team of staff at the hotel were attentive and very helpful throughout our stay. A note of caution if you are travelling by car; parking is a short walk from the hotel in a compound with individual private and locked underground garages, and consequently very safe. The cautionary is note is because on arrival, you will need to temporarily leave your car parked on the street (or as I had to because there were no on-street parking spaces near the hotel at the time we arrived, on the pavement) and check-in with reception before transferring your bags into the hotel and then being shown to the garages (the receptionist will jump in your car with you to guide the way and show you how to access the garages). However, on departing the hotel, I was able to park on the street right outside the hotel to transfer our bags back to the car which was much less of a faff. If you are arriving on foot or by taxi, you can ignore this cautionary note! Should you stay here, we recommend dining at a nearby restaurant recommended by the hotel's receptionist, 'Osteria Casa Vino' (also reviewed) - it was outstanding. We dined their twice during our two night stay. In summary; a small and slightly quirky hotel, attractive once inside, clean and quite, with nice rooms/bathrooms, excellent breakfast, great staff and close to the centre of the attractions.

A wonderfully peaceful place. The ethos of living alongside and in harmony with nature was in abundance here. From the recycled paving slabs sourced from a crumbling church to the sheep keeping the ****s down between the rows of vines, the philosophy of working with nature was a joy to be around. I would highly recommend the wine tasting with Franco the sommelier. All really interesting, but the wine is the true star. Never have I drunk so much and woken with a clear head. An excellent advert for organic production. The locally sourced food was exquisite and the rooms fabulously unique (only 15 or so of them) with spectacular views across the valley. A big shout out for the staff too - all were friendly and attentive but not obsequious and at all times did everything to accommodate us. We had a habit of getting hungry just as the kitchen shut for example. We didn't use it as it was too early in the season, but they also had what my kids would describe as an insanely instagrammable pool. Don't forget to ask about the e-bikes - they were the perfect way to explore the area.

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura il 03/06 in occasione del concerto di Elisa. La struttura è molto carina, curata ed è a 5 minuti a piedi dall’Arena di Verona, il proprietario sig. Adriano molto accogliente e disponibile: ci ha messo a disposizione delle mantelline anti pioggia che non ci sono servite , ma ci hanno portato fortuna.Spero di tornarci presto.

The cautionary is note is because on arrival, you will need to temporarily leave your car parked on the street (or as I had to because there were no on-street parking spaces near the hotel at the time we arrived, on the pavement) and check-in with reception before transferring your bags into the hotel and then being shown to the garages (the receptionist will jump in your car with you to guide the way and show you how to access the garages). However, on departing the hotel, I was able to park on the street right outside the hotel to transfer our bags back to the car which was much less of a faff. If you are arriving on foot or by taxi, you can ignore this cautionary note! Should you stay here, we recommend dining at a nearby restaurant recommended by the hotel's receptionist, 'Osteria Casa Vino' (also reviewed) - it was outstanding. We dined their twice during our two night stay. In summary; a small and slightly quirky hotel, attractive once inside, clean and quite, with nice rooms/bathrooms, excellent breakfast, great staff and close to the centre of the attractions.

我們第四次或第五次訪問這家酒店,我們總是滿意。但有些事情發生了變化,我們不知道爲什麼。我們的歡迎很好,一瓶prosecco在等我們,只是錯過了我們去年吃的餅乾。我們訂的是你們房間供應的早餐,第二天早上正好送過來,炒雞蛋差點冷。下午從鎮上回來,我們錯過了新的清潔眼鏡,用過的眼鏡沒有更換,用空的沐浴露,我們幾乎要要求一切。其餘的都還好,但沒有人要求我們在任何時候滿意,甚至離開。在房間裏,我們也有一種印象,即有些裝修是必要的,即使在一些牆壁和冰箱的門沒有正確關閉。說實話,我們每天在這裏花500歐元(!)來住宿!所以這次我們離開了維羅納,酒店不知道我們將來是否會回來。

公寓位於小巷子內，沒有停車場，不過我喜歡，俗話說酒香不怕巷子深，這家還是不錯的，維羅納是一個小城，人不多，從酒店走出去十五的分鐘到中央廣場。

我喜歡主人,位置和所有便利設施。有人告訴我維羅納最多只能一天的旅行,是一個昏昏欲睡的小鎮。錯了!如果我知道Le Suite Di Giulietta會成爲如此令人驚歎的,我就會一起跳過威尼斯。多棒的主人, 小鎮, 甚至早餐都很棒.

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura il 03/06 in occasione del concerto di Elisa. La struttura è molto carina, curata ed è a 5 minuti a piedi dall’Arena di Verona, il proprietario sig. Adriano molto accogliente e disponibile: ci ha messo a disposizione delle mantelline anti pioggia che non ci sono servite , ma ci hanno portato fortuna.Spero di tornarci presto.

This hotel was about 20 minutes walk from the train station and also about 20 minutes walk into the main town areas. I had to check in late and the lady who let me in was very friendly and helpful even though we struggled to understand each other. The room was very nice. I loved the fact that the windows were completely black out if you wanted them to be.
