We've traveled worldwide, and The Koos Hotel is the worst and dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. If you are considering staying at this place, book another place now. My family had a big family reunion in Taiwan. Due to the hotel's convenient location, which is within walking distance from my relative's house, we booked several rooms to accommodate our big family. The night front staff was rude from the minute we walked into the hotel. He has no basic manner (ie. hello, thank you, or smile). I feel sorry for this miserable man. The day shift front desk staff was better but could have been better too. The hotel is very old and needs a lot of work/TLC. You can smell it as soon as you walk into the room. The carpet and bathroom were old and dirty. One of our rooms even had a moldy closet. The shower was not draining and flooded when we took a shower. The AC is bearly working to stay cold. Not to mention, we saw cockroaches in the room. The list goes on and on. The only clean thing was the bed sheet and bathroom towels. We arrived very early at 1 am, plus many of us just got off the plane after 15 hours of international flight. We don't have enough energy to find another hotel at that time. Besides, we have already paid for the rooms. What annoyed me the most was when the manager promised us a bigger room (we even double-confirmed before arrival); by the time we check-in, the same night shift front desk staff said the room they promised us was booked by other people already and gave us a standard room instead. No apology whatsoever. We are upset because the Koos Hotel has no simple principle and all because they want to make an extra buck. I don't want anyone to be treated this way. Do yourself a favor, and book somewhere else. 我們走遍了世界各地，仲信商務會館是我們住過的最差、最髒的會館。如果您正在考慮住在這個地方，請立即預訂另一個地方。 我的家人在台灣舉行了一次盛大的團圓聚會。由於仲信商務會館位置便利，距離我親戚家僅幾步之遙，所以我們預訂了幾間房間來容納我們的大家庭。 從我們走進酒店的那一刻起，夜間前台工作人員就很粗魯。他沒有基本的禮貌（如你好，謝謝，或微笑）。我為這個不幸的人感到難過。白班前台工作人員好點。 這家會館很舊，需要大量的工作/TLC。你一走進房間就能聞到它的舊味道。地毯和浴室又舊又髒。我們有一間房間甚至有一個發霉的衣櫃。當我們洗澡時，淋浴間不排水並且淹水。空調很難保持冷度。更不用說，我們在房間裡看到了蟑螂。這樣的例子不勝枚舉。唯一干淨的是床單和浴室毛巾。 我們當時走進會館時已凌晨 1 點了，而且我們那麽多人剛剛經過 15 個小時的國際航班才下飛機。我們當時沒有足夠的精力去尋找另一家酒店。而且，我們已經付了房費了。 最讓我惱火的是經理答應給我們一個大點的房間（我們甚至在抵達前再次確認過）；當我們辦理入住時，同一個夜班的前台工作人員說他們答應給我們的房間已經被其他人預訂了，所以給了我們一間標準間。沒有任何道歉。我們很不高興，因為仲信商務會館沒有簡單的原則，都是因為他們想多賺點錢。我不希望任何人受到這樣的對待。幫自己一個忙，預訂其他地方吧。

位置優勢非常高 也因此隔音問題真的很需要加強 碧潭橋的車流 門口走廊旅客對話 甚至派送早餐無一不清晰 兩晚 每天被自然喚醒（沒預定早餐的我也會醒來） 由於續住 不打掃是我自己的要求 因為行李過大怕造成困擾 出門返回住處 致電櫃檯轉達補送瓶裝水 Maid 側身 單手把兩瓶水遞給我 一語不發 也不跟我眼神接觸 我不知道惹她不悅 還是本身放鬆的表情 我雙手接下 還是禮貌致謝了 對方保持一語不發 轉身離開！ 非常驚艷的體驗～服務業的經驗無法理解她經歷什麼 真的不願意 放門口離去我也可以接受的 真的不需要給旅人自己情緒

地點一流就係景美捷運站隔離一落去就到，對面就係景美商圈夜市，不過夜市好早收，十一點左右就關門，附近好多嘢食買，有28度同有大丸子本人推薦食愛文芒果粒粒沙冰！房間不過不失但廁所有點污糟同設施有啲舊，包Mos早餐，隔音唔錯只係廁所水聲比較大。性價比不錯。

帶孩子sat考試入住，沒想到在這麼美的碧潭景區裏，窗外就可以看到美景，房間大而舒適，酒店早餐也十分美味，晚上過碧潭弔橋下台階沿岸邊就是美食休閑長廊，駐唱歌手柔婉的歌聲為碧潭的夜又添一份迷人的氣息，第二天孩子上山考試也很順利，酒店幫助都提前叫好了車，真是很棒的一次出行，希望有機會和女兒再來玩一次。

我今天剛在海灣假日酒店結束隔離。這是我經歷過的最令人失望和痛苦的經歷！我個人是酒店管理學位人士。我對這段時間的困難有清醒的認知。儘管如此，這是不可接受的。我在房間地板上發現了頭髮。電視背面佈滿灰塵。我沒想到任何飯店都會有這種情況，尤其是隔離飯店。最令人心碎的是食物。他們聲稱提供當地的味道。這是個好主意。但這個想法其實並不容易。因為我們是一群來自不同文化的國際人士。強行灌食當地美食可能非常危險。大多數時候，食物非常油膩，碳水化合物含量高，缺乏蛋白質。例如一份早餐，極少量的油炒蛋，2片極乾的麵包，2片薄薄的火腿。另外，隔天的晚餐和午餐還有豬腳！我透過 LINE 帳戶注意到了這家酒店。他們表示抱歉並會改進。我從來沒有看到任何改進，他們繼續提供相同的食物。經過3次回饋。我再也無法忍受了。我已要求在支票提交後與總經理和餐飲經理會面。他們無處可尋。我遇到一位女士，假設她是前台經理，名叫梅。她對這起事件表示抱歉。但解釋說工作人員每天也吃同樣的食物。在我看來，員工的食物和我付的錢沒什麼兩樣。此外，她還表示，如果我不喜歡這些食物，我可以從 UBER 或 food panda 訂購。也讓我體諒一下廚房的員工每餐要做400多個便當。從客戶的角度來看，這是不可接受的。如果我可以在其他地方訂餐，為什麼還要付錢呢？那麼飯店應該只收取客房費用，並讓顧客自己處理食物。我一開始就不該付全膳費。儘管如此，一些工作人員的樂於助人。還是掩飾不了我這14天的缺陷。我相信這足以證明我不推薦這家酒店的原因。詩。不要看他們網站上的食物照片。因為那種食物不會出現在你的午餐盒裡。順便說一句，這家旅館不是我自己訂的。我就被投入其中了！我永遠不會選擇這麼遠離城鎮的酒店。即使是 UBER eat，周圍也只有不到 10 家餐廳。我希望他們能夠考慮我提供的回饋。所以，我的人類同胞不會像我一樣受苦。謝謝。

浴室很寬敞，還有乾濕分離，令人驚豔。 房間夠大，可惜電視螢幕相對顯得小。 坡道平面停車場車位不少，但建議出口刷卡的位置不要在坡道上，容易造成危險。 早餐多樣，可惜無蛋。另外，許多用餐旅客取菜未戴口罩，還在聊天甚至咳嗽，建議服務人員應加以勸導。 整體而言，硬體環境很好，以上若可以改善就更好了。

Als je kiest voor een arrangement , dus inclusief ontbijt en het zogenaamde drie gangen diner, moet je niet het beste verwachten van hun . Allereerst kregen wij een kamer op de eerste etage, precies boven de ingang .. heel erg rumoerig en de schuifdeur die de hele avond/nacht open gaat, is gewoon in de kamer hoorbaar. De slechtste kamer van het hotel, terwijl er nog zat kamers beschikbaar waren. Het zogenaamde drie gangen menu stelt niks voor en is erg weinig. Bovendien had de kok geen zin om de sinaasappelbavarois te maken en kregen wij gewoon diepvriesoesjes van de supermarkt met een laagje chocoladesaus overheen..vreselijk ! Ook het voorgerecht was waardeloos en bestond uit een zogenaamde champignonsoep met zes sprietjes tauge en twee champignons.. Ik voelde mij erg beledigd dat dit mij aangeboden werd..! Dat ze dát durven te serveren is schandalig..! We mochten alleen maar op een bepaalde plek in het restaurant zitten, omdat wij een arrangement hadden en werden zo een beetje als t****erangs gasten behandeld.. Dit is heel erg slecht ! De kelners zijn niet gastvrij en vriendelijk , ik beveel ze een cursus aan bij hun collega's van het van der Valk Hotel. Verder was het ontbijt prima, gewoon standaard zoals overal, maar zodra je iets extra's bestelt,zul je bedrogen uitkomen. Ik had een arrangement betaald voor 3 dagen van 335€ en zal dit dus nooit meer doen.

不錯，酒店在老城，去哪裡都方便，是一個老的修道院改建的。酒店對麪有一家中餐廳。關鍵是馬斯特裏赫特非常優美，冬天遊覽的人也不多，更不見中國旅遊團。由於在比利時荷蘭德國三城交界處，所以很國際范兒。購物很棒，比利時人都跑過來買東西。古典的建築，美麗的湖泊，還有教堂改建的“天堂書店”。

我們住了兩晚,希望再長一點!!房間寬敞,淋浴房也一樣。都很乾淨整潔。我們在一個週日下午到達,我問他們有沒有酒吧。接待員帶我到休息室,那裏有一個很大的冰盒,裏面裝有啤酒、可樂、葡萄酒、汽酒、卡瓦等等。然後她說都是免費的!!!多多的獎金。大多數工作人員講英語,非常有幫助。早餐也是額外加分的。我吃了特產,雞蛋和培根配鹿肉牛排。很棒,我早餐後開車時沒有接受卡瓦的報價!。早餐還配上一大籃子不同的麪包和一盤盤的奶酪、肉、薰魚和薰魚。吃完這些之後直到晚上才需要吃!。會向所有人推薦,如果我們回到馬斯特裏赫特,會再次預訂。

Hotel exceeded my expectations for a week in Maastricht. The bed was super comfy, great water pressure in the shower, steady Wi-Fi and friendly staff. The hotel location was convenient to shopping and restaurants as well as transportation. I highly recommend Le Theatre Hotel.

The hotel is very nice, very stylish and modern with beautiful decoration. It is interesting to see how the architects created a hotel in the beautiful building. The stay however was not nice. Booked a (very pricey) junior suite, especially for the second night the sleep quality was very poor. First, the room was street side, and did not have real curtains but only roller blinds that let light through on both sides. There was a street light just in front of our window so it was not dark at all. Second, there was a lot of noice both from traffic in the street as well as in the corridor, all night long. The rooms are not well insulated. Third, it was very hot in the room (contrary to the corridor) and the old airco system made a horrible lot of noise. The only answer of the reception staff was that they would write a note in the system so that I would get a more quiet room next time. As if there would be a next time after spending 1.000 EUR on such an experience! The room was nicely designed though, but was not worth the money. Breakfast was nice, served in the restaurant in the church. The choice at the buffet was okay, you can order freshly made eggs as well as some extras such as pancakes that are charged extra. However, also here not a very pleasant experience with staff being busy without doing anything and continuously moving around tables and chairs during the whole breakfast. All in all, a bad experience, not to be repeated. I can not recommend this hotel as price/quality ratio is just not right.

Stayed in the Van der valk for two nights ,we were there for Andre Rieu concert on the Sunday 24 July ,we had waited 2 years for this ,we had booked this as a family and not through any organised ,my daughter was there with two of her children,they had a family room two double beds and two tvs ,we were next door in a double ,smashing bathroom with rain shower and bath giant tv limited channels in English. We had a buffet meal on the Saturday which was fantastic.on the Sunday we attended the concert in Masstricht,the hotel laid on shuttle buses to and from the event, I was very impressed by the organisation on the return journey,there were stewards making sure we were directed to the correct bus.we had a great time as did my granddaughter who made good use of the swimming pool . First class and very clean staff efficient and cheerful

I stayed here for four days for a business trip. The front desk staff were very helpful with questions about dining, parking and other services of the hotel. There are two parking garages that the hotel uses, one that has metal doors on either side, so if you have a large vehicle, you may want to use the other entrance around the corner which had a little more space on the sides. The room rate included breakfast as well as overnight parking.. The room (#636) faces the plaza next to the entrance of the parking garage. The rooms across the hall face the river. The room has two beds with a desk that hold the TV which can swivel to either the beds or the desk area. The bathroom has a nice walk-in shower with a glass partition. The space works for one person. There was two bottles of water that were left in the room each day. The hotel is centrally located with lots of café and restaurants on the same side as well as short walk to shops/restaurants across the river. I can see why many of the people from our company stay here.

As in many European cities this hotel is the result of a conversion of old buildings with some additions. This makes the whole atmosphere very cozy and charming and in touch with what you would expect when visiting Maastricht. The location is perfect facing de Virjthof square, with a municipal parking garage just crossing the street and in the middle of everything worth visiting in the city. Lot of restaurants just around the corners. We had a superior suite, generous in size, with a bathroom with an unusual layout due to the bedroom being in what I guess was a former dining room. The shower cabin was very nice and everything worked well. AC with 2 equipments in bedroom and living room worked well as did internet. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Served not in a buffet style because the hotel is very small, but with high quality ingredientes and everything you might desire. The guy running the breakfast was very kind and efficient. Check out was done quickly and with no problems. Check in could have been more explicit regarding information about certain limitations of the hotel having nobody in reception after 18:00. Concierge service is non existent. The Spa is in the modern add on building. Tasteful, modern, with a plunge pool and saunas, it makes a good impression. At night the breakfast room is used as a restaurant with a charming patio. Conclusion : a charming European boutique hotel with modern amenities, modern decor, housed in old preserved buildings, with a nice spa, limited reception service and very good breakfast.

我和大學同學一起到馬斯特裏赫特參加狂歡節週末,我們被安排在一個4人房間,雙層牀,半隱私裝置,插座和閱讀燈。我們另外兩個朋友被安排在拐角處的一個房間裏。淋浴和洗手池充足,前台服務樂於助人,令人愉快。由於預訂過多,第二天他們把我們安排在一個不同的房間,這使我們的住宿有點複雜,但是有一個行李房可以存放。這個房間是7人的房間,比我們最後一個房間小。第二天晚上,其他六個朋友來到這裏,被安置在我們的房間拐角處。我們選擇不在旅館吃早餐,但是咖啡館對坐在桌子旁或做臉刷的人開放。從旅館的河邊看美麗的景色。步行距離阿爾伯特·海因,一家咖啡店,以及一座酒類商店,穿過這座橋,也靠近遊行路線和 Vrijthof (最好的酒吧)。我會向喜歡便宜選擇的朋友和旅遊聚會推薦Stayokay馬斯特裏赫特酒店。

酒店自然環境非常好，像一個大花園，房間就衹能說乾淨，不過不小，性價比在歐洲真的是高。一定要自駕來，不然出行不方便，離市區開車要十幾分鐘。適合周末度假，小住一二天。
