|距離市中心2.27km不知道這酒店為什麼評分這麼高，除了靠火車站之外一點優勢也沒有 房間很小，衛生間還可以，但是衛生間掛毛巾的架子都沒有，早餐跟其他酒店差不多，都是中國人吃不慣的洋早餐，有熱水壺，空調，送公交卡，大堂送水果，旁邊有麥當勞，有中文電視頻道，最大缺點就是房間小，箱子都攤不開

Aber es muss einem bewusst sein, dass dies ein Partyplace ist und die Zimmer im EG bekommen den Lärm voll ab und das Personal kümmert es nicht (nur bei einer Party an einem Samtag wurde mir nach 22 Uhr ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen angeboten und das nachdem den ganzen Nachmittag lang Konzerte im EG stattfanden, die anderen Wochenenden musste man selber schauen). Deshalb versucht ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen zu bekommen, dann gibt es vielleicht auch ein zu öffnendes Fenster.

|距離市中心0.72kmThe Hotel is no frills and if you arrive after 4PM you have to checkin via an electronic kiosk by the door. You fill up a bunch of screens and in the end it gives you a keycard to enter the hotel. You also have to use it in the elevator as the hotel is only on the 4th floor and all other floors have locks. The room was fairly large and well equipped. I particularly loved the alligator shaped soaps for the kids and the fully stocked minibar which was entirely free. There were also chocolates and cookies on the pillows. Nice wi-if too. Breakfast is served in a tiny room downstairs and even though there was a tiny amount of each of the things to eat, it was replaced often. The only person working in the hotel in the morning is the receptionist and the one tending breakfast. She was nice and responsive to our needs. A very good option for those needing to take the train from Basel Bad in the morning. A bit far from the city’s interesting bits though.

|距離市中心1.38km在會展中心開會，附近酒店比這個老城中心的酒店還貴，果斷試住了到會場步行需要二十分鐘的這家，事實證明非常英明。酒店給的免費公交卡，每天走出巷口就有直達會場的有軌電車到站，實在方便了，全程不到十分鐘。周圍都是餐館和商店，巧克力店咖啡店各種選擇。離酒店一百米有座巴塞爾大學藥物博物館，是歐洲估計也是全世界保存西方醫藥發展歷史的素材最完整的博物館了，在小巷子裏，門麪極小，別有洞天，有英文講解器，非常棒。房間很乾凈，單人房對一個人來說真是剛剛好，洗髮水很好用，沒有牙刷牙膏，有拖鞋，沒有熱水，有兩瓶礦泉水，帶氣和不帶氣的。到一樓大堂邊的餐館（晚上生意很好）要熱水，兩次，服務員各種熱情，都不好意思了。

|距離市中心2.05kmOur 3 day trip in Basel concludes on more positives than nagging issues. First the good part: Staff such as Steven, Catia and Michael are worth mentioning as they did their best to accommodate our requests. In general the front office staff seems rather well trained and courteous. Secondly the location of this hotel is ideal. With access to train, tram and bus stations within a couple 100 metres is very convenient. Sound isolation and sleep quality are pretty decent. Rooms are modern and seem to ve renovated recently. Ample parking available in the basement. The best part is the entrance of the hotel is within the private space and does not hinder public traffic. So parking the vehicle to offload the luggage is practical. I feel one of the best designs of this hotel is to be able to manoeuvre your car and allow guests to be able to safely disembark. Breakfast is decent and very clean setup. No signs of hygiene issues. And now to the few nagging issues: First the over engineering of elevators and their use can ve confusing at first. Staff should take time to read any messages and requests done through third party booking platforms. Although requests were addressed promptly but could have avoided delays. Room temperature settings difficult to comprehend for kelvins to Celsius conversions. Also the room was quite warm and slightly unpleasant in the evening. Breakfast should consider some infant friendly options too. Value for money - a miss for sure. Overall I would say it was quite a pleasant experience but the management needs to step up on making it a value proposition.

Fresh fruit in little pots. The only downside: it was well over 30 degrees with no air conditioning so sleeping was a big issue. One fan in the room didn’t help at all.

Nur die Capsule.war schlecht belüftet und wenig schalisoliert. Vielleicht liegt es aber an meiner Empfindlichkeit, Ohrstösel hatte ich nicht dabei. Das nächste Mal ein klassisches Zimmer, aber sicher wieder hier.

|距離市中心1.57kmThe Hotel is very nice and modern but it’s somehow a branch of the older hotel in front. If you arrive after 4PM the door is closed and you have to checkin in the hotel in front. Bit hard to find the right place at first as there were no signs or at least not visible at night. The hotel otherwise has absolutely no staff. Breakfast is the older hotel too. The room itself is modern and fully equipped with kitchen and washer drier and dishwasher. Upper cabinets were full depth and a bit odd as they stocked out too much and into the path for the bathrooms. Wi-Fi was a bit anemic. Hard to find a good place to charge your devices. Some things in the fridge were free but not entirely clear which and the ones you paid were 5 star hotel prices. The bedroom had a huge bulkhead that made it very uncomfortable for someone sleeping on that side of the bed to get up in the middle of the night. No places to put your suitcase either and the only wardrobe was very far from the bedroom. Really confusing switches all over the place. Breakfast was nice but very slow. You have to order your coffee and eggs to be done. There was virtually no pastries.

|距離市中心1.61kmNice hotel, very close to the centre of Basel. Large room with Coffee and Tea making facilities, large comfortable bed, a number of english channels. Small bathroom yet adequate and had toiletries plus manicure set and cotton buds. Bath with shower head and it had great water pressure. Free Water, fruit, and sweets available at reception, no water in the rooms. Small gym, pool table and darts board available for use. Breakfast was on the 5th floor and was nice, your standard continental, juices,breads, cheese, meat, fruits, bircher and yoghurt plus hot options of bacon, scrambled and boiled eggs, potato, sausages, tea and coffee. Small bar in the reception area. All staff (reception, housekeeping and breakfast) were very friendly. It seems to be standard that you get a free local transport pass at all hotels, a great amenity however as a compact city we did not avail of it except for the airport bus. The Basel card from the hotel also allows for discounts at museums and a WIFI login in which works in certain areas of the city which is great as the roaming charges for us coming from Ireland were extortionate from our Irish network provider. Tip in Basel as a very expensive city is to bring your own water bottle as there are numerous water fountains to fill them up at.

|距離市中心1.72kmI was confused before I arrived in person, so I will clarify the situation for you. There is an elevator that goes up to the fourth floor. The wheelchair accessible rooms have roll-in showers. There are bathtubs in two rooms on the fifth floor, which requires going up a flight of stairs. We stayed in a room on the fifth floor because it was more important to us to have a bathtub than to have a wheelchair-accessible room. Bonus: the rooms on the fifth floor have air conditioning! There is a shower in the bathroom. There is also a separate bathtub, which is surrounded by rocks. (Why?) The bathtub sides are steep. We found the mattress to be comfortable. The room has a sloped ceiling because the roof is sloped. There are hardwood floors and sky lights. There is also a glass table and a couple of chairs in room 550. We found the front desk staff to be very friendly and helpful. There are various free drinks and fruits (espresso drinks you make, water, and tea; apricots, apples, plums) and other drinks for purchase. The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch (closing at 13:30). The garden is nice.

The bar is quaint and has great energy. It is a must to also eat at their restaurant! Erich, our waiter, was superior! He made great recommendations as well as provided fantastic service. This hotel is also very centrally located to easily catch the trolley system and trolley 6 took us to all attractions for FREE! I highly recommend!
