酒店環境很美很幽靜 很多本地人來這裏放鬆度週末 在碼頭有酒店專門的船接送 大約半小時即到 房間很大很漂亮 早餐超級豐盛自由點餐 晚餐也是同一個餐廳用餐 晚上有四樓的頂樓酒吧happy hour 服務生態度都超級好 但是呢 有些小細節不是很人性化 比如那麼大的洗手間卻沒有吹風機的插頭 衹能在床頭吹頭髮 牀頭櫃離得非常遠晚上關燈很不方便 然後那個蚊帳剛好在頭頂 必須往下挪點才能睡覺 設計的時候沒有考慮到真正的舒適性

Wonderful time in Saigon when you stay at Park Hyatt Saigon. As a member of the World of Hyatt, I was offered early check in and late check out. This helped me to maximize my time in Saigon. Staff are very professional and friendly.

Nice modern hotel in Ho Chi Minh...great location, great real estate, our high floor room had great views and was nice albeit a tacky interior design/decor that is so far removed from any authentic Vietnamese culture or feel. The main missing ingredients are: no management in sight during our stay, hotel mostly empty lacking life, unpersonal service but effective (esp. concierge and room cleaning) , no incentive / attraction to hang around the common spaces (pool, lobby, restaurant mostly lifeless at any time of day...).It feels like a guesthouse in a 5 star mall or corporate building. Real plus is good location near Catinat and cleanliness. Next time, we will try the Caravelle or Majestic who have more history and old world prestige attached in the same area...
