優點：地理位置好，員工有禮親切，雖無停車位，但路邊都是白線停車方便，早餐有披薩。 缺點：一晚39xx，個人覺得CP值不高，窗戶很小，冷氣外機就在窗戶牆那邊，半夜都聽得到，隔音不好，浴缸需要走下去，設計不舒服，早餐的餐廳排油煙不良，一進餐廳門就聞到油煙味，自助早餐選擇性較少。

To any Westerner looking at places to stay: the Orient Luxury Villa Hotel is, at it’s core, a Love Hotel. Since most ********* live with their parents until they get married, if you want private time alone with your boyfriend/girlfriend (or illicit lover...) you rent a few hours at a Love Hotel. My wife and I booked the Orient Luxury Hotel not knowing that it is a Love Hotel (which my wife found HILARIOUS, btw). The room was very clean and stylish. The bathroom included a jacuzzi with “rain maker” (a large shower head over the jacuzzi). the bathroom/shower/jacuzzi area was at least as large as the bedroom. The decor was unique and attractive! There were also families here despite the ... “toys” / “marital aids” ... for sale in the vending machine in the private garage attached to our room. I’m guessing many who come here don’t have a lot of luggage, so unsurprisingly there weren’t luggage racks or closets to hang clothes. There was a refrigerator and electric kettle. The location is a little out of town so Uber Eats wouldn’t deliver, but Food Panda did. My only real complaint was breakfast. We were assigned a time to eat (not complaining about that) and when we got there the little dining room was packed. We were given a table in a corner. The buffet had ten or twelve different items to choose from, but many were cold from sitting out. Maybe if you get the early setting the food is fresh and hot? For us it was neither. It’s too bad because there was ample selection, but after trying a few cold dishes (cold eggs? Ick!) I didn’t bother with any others. I would give the accommodations 4 stars, but the underwhelming breakfast drops the overall score to 3 stars.

地理位置交流道下來沒多久就到了 距離市中心是有一小段距離。 房間是很大不過我們才兩個人～ 給四人房是真的大的蠻恐怖的🤣🤣🤣 房間設施有點年紀了，不過這個價位其實也差不多這樣而已👍

這個農場住宿太可愛了,主人是個善良的天使!她開車帶我進老城區幾次,每天早上問我想吃什麼/給我做早餐。她還幫我訂了很棒的烹飪課和去港的便宜車。環境非常可愛自然,牀很舒服。雖然它不是位於離老城區超級近,但我喜歡這個位置,因爲它放鬆,更安靜,但仍然很容易坐車,摩托車,或自行車到任何地方。我作爲獨奏女性旅行者住在這裏,感覺非常安全。絕對推薦:)

Highly recommend ZEST, good environment, provide professional services especially the receptionist - Thuy, she always good smile and asking me every day, she always concern what's I feel, it's really nice. Zest provide free shuttle bus between hotel and old town. And free of charge to borrow a bicycle so can ride to around feel free in countryside, and enjoy every moment in Zest even stay whole day in Zest.

This was hands down the best place we've stayed in Vietnam so far. The staff are extremely helpful and we got tons of excellent advice from both Hanh and Tiam at the front desk. We really appreciate the service and local knowledge as it helped make our 3 night stay in Hoi An an unforgettable memory. 酒店服務很贊，而且對中國人很友好，對比在峴港我們住的酒店(峴港一些酒店明顯對中國人不友好，同等價格給中國人的房間就是樓層不好的)，所以在這一點上入住感受很好。 然後提一下，這裏的免費早餐，真的很豐富，真的可以當中飯那樣吃。而且住這裏超過2晚會有免費的一頓晚餐，三個菜一個點心，這個要和他們酒店確認好，不知道這個優惠政策是不是一直有。 雖然裏會安古鎮還有2公裏樣子，因為氣候原因房間潮濕，但是就性價比來說真的沒得挑了。整個行程中最滿意的一家酒店了。 我可以給99分。如果酒店之後就潮濕的問題可以去想辦法改善下，那就100分了

行程的最後一家酒店，個人認為酒店的位置不錯，離古城有一段距離，走過去才十分鐘左右，但是晚上就顯得特別安靜舒服，而且酒店提供免費的自行車，可以輕鬆騎過去。前台會一點點中文，主要還是英文溝通吧，這個無所謂。 房間大小夠用，有一個很窄的假陽台，設施還算新不錯。雖然訂的寫着不含早，酒店還是給了我們早餐，不過早餐的水平在我這幾天在越南住的五家四五星酒店裡是最差的，選擇很少且不好吃，沒有亮點，旁邊有一家同名的五星級酒店看着很豪華，貓途鷹上有部分住客可能會把隔壁的評論寫到這家請特別留意，這家是四星級酒店，隔壁是五星級，差一星門麪卻差了好幾檔。不過價格擺着，服務也很好，也是可以原諒的。 特別提醒: 步行穿過後麪的住宅區可以到貓途鷹上的大網紅red bean餐廳，也是屬於一家五星級酒店內部的餐廳，穿過酒店大堂，直接跟前台說去red bean就會帶你進去了。這個餐廳因為衹講英語而且價格高昂在大眾點評上鮮有評論，不過我要說這是一家口味非常高級的越南菜餐廳，把越南菜做出法餐水平卻不失地道僅此一家。我們在越南吃過各種本地人地攤，也吃過很多網紅餐廳，遠不及這家好，服務員一個人衹照顧幾桌隨傳隨到服務快頂上海底撈了，我父母也非常滿意。雖然相比其他餐廳貴很多，不過畢竟在越南，吃飽人均也不過一百人民幣出頭，不要聽前台的去吃150的自助餐，一定要點菜，一人一個套餐，便宜而且好吃！ 這家的早餐加70人民幣就可以讓你進去吃，我會推薦你早上不要吃酒店送的早餐，加錢去red bean吃一頓吧。

Experience from start to finish was brilliant, the staff are highly accommodating and really go out of their way to take care of you. Room was really nice and comfortable with everything we needed and they have a water purifier on site which was a bonus as we didn’t have to keep buying water! The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of choice. The staff member who greeted us gave us a map and gave us a detailed explanation of where everything was including options of where to eat, places to go and see such as the night market, coconut village and the beach. Aside from being helpful, the staff are all really friendly, upbeat and kind which really enhanced our experience! If you are visiting Hoi A make sure to stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at de colores villa! The staff was so helpful and kind Jasmine offered us an upgraded room and gave us great recommendations for restaurants, sights and tours. We were pleasantly surprised by the home made breakfast the staff made us and it was included in our stay. I would highly recommend staying here , it is quiet yet very easy walking to town and so clean and friendly. Thank you Jasmine and staff! We will be back. Maureen from California

Stayed at this villa during a 1 month stay in Hoi An. The rooms were lovely, the staff and owners are great and nothing is too much trouble. Smaller Villa setup, extremely clean and well maintained, with a small pool, great relaxing areas, the staff are extremely attentive and can not do enough for you. Yoga studio across the street, 15 minute walk to An Bang main street. Just great and give it a try, you won't be disappointed. Just great little place. Great Spa too !

Ωραίος χώρος. Το δωματιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και αρκετά καθαρό. Αν και λίγο μακριά από το κέντρο (περίπου 20 λεπτά) η γειτονιά είναι αρκετά ήσυχη και έχει διαφορά καφέ και μασάζ!Τα κορίτσια στη ρεσεψιόν μας ετοίμασαν πρωινό νωρίτερα από την προγραμματισμένη ώρα καθώς είχαμε να προλάβουμε πτήση!

We stayed in Ancient River Villa in Hoi An for two weeks and loved every second of it. The welcome we received was very warm and friendly and Dzung and her lovely family and housekeeper looked after us so well during our time there. It is their home and they made us feel we were at home and part of the family too. We did not want to leave. They looked after us during our stay organising trips out which were all fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. My partner organised this trip for my birthday (60th) and Dzung sourced a bottle of Champagne and delivered that to my partner to surprise me. After we returned from a lovely day out in Hoi An we were greeted with a birthday cake and candles which was such a lovely surprise and a wonderful thing for them to do. The ensuite rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. There were even toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. Towels were changed daily, the bed was made every day and the linen was changed. It was always spotless. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided as was bottled water every day but even better, beer for a small charge! I slept like a log there. The breakfast was always delicious and beautifully presented, especially the fruit which followed the main breakfast and the bread rolls were so light and tasty. I am a vegetarian but my partner is not but there is plenty of choice for everyone. We had a balcony which overlooked the river and it was very relaxing sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. In particular some ingenious uses of the most common form of transport here, mopeds, scooters and motorbikes. The things they manage to transport on their scooters is incredible. We tried the local restaurants, the one round the corner is vegetarian and the food great but if you walk a short distance the other way you will come to Baby Mustard which also offers cookery classes. There is another restaurant in the same road which we ate at and enjoyed very much. Hoi An itself is a wonderful place and I am so glad we stayed at the Ancient River Hotel because it enhanced the experience. Dzung was always happy to answer any questions we had, give us tips on where to go, arrange trips for us or just sit and have a chat. We are truly grateful to her, the family and staff who are just wonderful, kind hearted and lovely people. The Ancient Town in Hoi Ann is a short drive away but easy to get to and very cheap by taxi. We walked there on occasions. If you love shopping, Hoi An will not disappoint. There is also a wide range of restaurants available which cater for all tastes. Hoi An comes alive in the evening and becomes an array of dazzling colour amid the hustle and bustle of the locals and the tourists. Take a boat ride along the ancient river or learn how to make a lantern or cook Vietnamese style. Try the egg coffee at Uncle Hunn Coffee place. It was a work of art in itself. Nhóm của mình liên lạc Coco Việt Homestay gấp trưóc 1 ngày thôi. Cần mấy phóng gấp. Chị vầ anh chủ nhiệt tình giải thích quá trình đặt phòng như thế nào và khă năng của nhóm sẽ có phòng hay không. Dịch vụ khách hàng thận thiện thế này mình nghĩ, nếu không lấy đu1o1jc phòng cuzng sẽ nhớ chỗ này cho đợt sao. May mắn, nhóm được phòng. Đến nơi, gặp chị chủ rất nhiệt tình. Phòng nào cũng sạch sẽ, rộng và thoáng mát - không hôi mùa thuốc lá. 1 vài phóng có ban công. Mỗi phòng có cách trang trí khác nhau nhưng cùng chung 1 chủ đề - retro, cổ điển và thanh lịch - các màu phối hộp với nhau rất bắt mắt. Anh chị chủ chỉ nhiều chỗ có nhóm mình đi tham quan khu phố cổ Hội An, nơi ăn ngon - quán địa phương, và 1 vài điểm du lịch tiêu biểu - như Cù Lao Chàm, quán bars. Đường phố Hội An an bình. Thành phố là một nơi có giàu lịch sử - nhóm nói sẽ nhất định qua lại 1 ngày ko xa. Cám ơn anh chị chủ ở Coco Việt Homestay đã giúp nhóm mình có 1 nơi sạch đẹp để nghĩ chân; để chúng mình có thể trả nhiệm và nhận thức nhiều sự duyên dáng của Hội An. Những lần trò truyện vui vẻ với anh chị chủ, nhóm mình sẽ không quên. Hy vọng chúng ta có thể gặp lại nhau trong tương lai gần.

5⭐️ Is probably the best experience, I’ve ever had at hotel..! Setting and surrounds are just superlative! Staff go above and beyond (Minh is grouse) highly recommended.. if I ever make it back to Hoi An again this is the go to place; for sure.. Spa & pool is amazing, massage is a must.. Thank You so much Hoi An Ancient House Village & especially to you Minh it was fantastic to have made your aquatintence.. 😀😀

酒店前面，步行街旁邊，位置很好，酒店還有自行車可以藉，可以免費騎車^^ 工作人員英文溝通很好。但非常願意並且願意服務尤其是戴眼鏡的男工作人員^^ 房間有點復古，木質風格。就在我們家的北邊。住宿是一間兩層樓的家庭房。還有一個按摩浴缸。泡在水里很舒服但暗地裡有點舊，而且沒有衛生間門，哈哈哈^^房間裡的設施還可以。還提供洗浴用品、鞋子和浴袍。總體來說還是可以的^^

如果你要在會安停留2、3天以上我推薦選擇這家，如果衹住一兩晚建議找位置好出行更方便的吧。 首先說缺點：第一天辦理入住時的女前台態度一般，有些不耐煩。酒店附近有人養雞，每天晚上清晨雞叫吵得有些受不了。早餐種類非常非常少，沒什麼吃的。距離古城有些遠，步行大概二十分鐘，而且那邊摩托車太多很不安全。 優點：房間麪積很大，院子很漂亮，空氣視野都不錯，遠離人羣非常清靜，最後退房是早上不到五點，因為提前一天告知過前台明早要退房，早上一開門，一個老大爺就趕過來幫我們拎行李，還一直陪我們在路邊等車，雖然他不懂英文，我比劃說他可以先回去休息，但可能天還黑他不放心我們兩個女生，執意陪我們等，很感激。
