I’m currently staying at Navarria and although there is plenty of things that the hotel can improve on. The hotel has been given lots of complaints about things that are not true. The pool is fresh and is absolutely glowing. The hotel is a very quiet place so great if you have come away to relax. The food is okay but not great but there is still plenty of choice. The one thing that amazes me about this hotel is the rooms are absolutely gorgeous and they are so big. Air con is a huge bonus! The things to improve….. Food quality Music by the pool would be nice A member of staff dedicated to the bar area for the all inclusive guests.

This was my fourth visit to this lovely hotel,cannot speak highly enough of the staff they were so friendly and courteous from the cleaning ladies,the reception staff,the bar staff,and the restaurant staff I was a guest for six weeks the pool area gives you spectacular views of the coastline which is only a few places from the pool area.iwould like to thank everybody for stay at the harmony bay hotel. Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο με τη καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση. Προσωπικά το μόνο που δεν μου άρεσε ήταν το υδρομασάζ γιατί είναι πολύ μεγάλο και είχε κρύο νερό ενώ θα έπρεπε να ήταν μικρό με ζεστό νερό. 🌟 5 αστέρια 🌟

Ένας πολύ όμορφος χώρος. Αλλά τους χώρους τους κάνουν οι άνθρωποι. Τα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά είναι ευγένεια ταπεινοτητα και φιλοξενία στον τουρισμό. Η αγένεια και και η κριτική στους πελάτες μόνο κακό στο τουριστικό προϊόν μπορούν να φέρουν. Καλή προσπάθεια.

A great and very stylish new Hotel !!! The receprionist Staff was very friendly and absolutely profesional, treat their customers always with a smile and respect. Guest relation manager (Jamie) will do always his best to assist you !!! As for the location great, no car needed at all, close to all great places to visit by foot !!! Well done to all NYX limassol staff.

Find somewhere else - anywhere else. Hopeless from start to finish. Incompetent host with zero idea what it means to welcome visitors. Struggled to find our booking even though it was paid up front several months back. Having eventually found us, we were shown to our room and left there. No tour of facilities (other Greek-speaking guests seemed to fare better). There was a set menu but no-one seemed to know what it was. Three hours later we were told “steak or calamari”. That was it. No idea if there was a starter, dessert or any detail - e.g. price! We declined and having spoken to others this seemed a wise move! Breakfast fared no better. Some tinned fruit and some fresh. Bananas so brown they could barely be distinguished as fruit of the same name. Hygiene standards looked poor (black mould on some things). Best avoid for fear of illness. The whole place is tatty (see photos). One small soap between the two of us and one hand towel - towels all threadbare. My wife said they were only good for washing our dog - he might have declined an encounter with them. Cheap wire coat hangers (the type you get your clothes back on from a dry cleaners), faded (yellow) switches, lots of silicone between the jacuzzi (which you have to haul yourself into as that is where the shower resides) and the wall tiles. No hot water on day 2 so no shower. When we raised this with the host she said “really”. No apology. No offer to find a solution. Nowt. Nada. Zilch. If you are going to work in the hospitality industry, at least try like the lady from Cameroon who seemed to clean, open up and prepare breakfast. The host did zero of anything. Three tavernas / cafes in the village. I can’t tell you about any of them and neither could our host. Useless. The whole establishment classes itself as 4*. An utter joke (see photos). Cracks, ageing, tired, uncomfortable - pick your negative adjective of choice. The owners need to get a grip or sell up and let someone else try. Save your pennies/cents and find somewhere else. Lovely Cypriots try so hard at hospitality and this place diminishes their endeavours.

Ηταν μία σύντομη διαμονή άλλα περάσαμε υπέροχα.Δεν είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο που επισκεπτόμαστε πρώτη φορά άλλα εδώ και 13 χρονια.θα μιλήσω για την πρόσφατη επίσκεψή μου...αντιμετωπίσαμε κάποια θέματα στο δωμάτιο άλλα ο κύριος Προκοπής ανταποκρίθηκε αμέσως και ότι άλλο του είχαμε ζητήσει μας εξυπηρέτησε σε όλα.ήταν πραγματικά ένας κύριος με Κ κεφάλαιο και τον ευχαριστώ πολύ..πραγματικά πολλοί θα ήθελαν να συναντούσαμε τέτοιους υπάλληλους ήταν υπόδειγμα....αν και έρχομαι τόσα χρονιά τη κυρία Νίκη δεν έτυχε να τη γνωρίσω και μου έκανε εντύπωση γιατί ήταν πολύ πρόσχαρη.σίγουρα θα ξαναρθουμε γιατί είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο που αγαπώ...παρόλα αυτά θα ήθελα να κάνω και ένα παράπονο θεωρώ ότι τους σταθερούς σας πελάτες που έρχονται κάθε χρόνο και όχι μία φορά το χρόνο θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει μία καλύτερη τιμή....ευχαριστώ
