設施：比較老舊了，感覺也就是國內4星的配置！我們訂的海景大床房，聊勝於無吧！看圖片顯示距離海邊很近，其實呢要過一條馬路，不過挺近的！酒店2樓走樓梯下來，出商場，過馬路，下坡，就到海邊了！最值得吐槽的是，應該在回酒店的樓下，設定個可以沖腳上砂子的地方吧！要不然就的上二樓去泳池邊的衞生間裏沖腳！ 衞生：馬馬虎虎，地上可見頭髮 環境：優點是靠近一個大商場，吃飯買東西比較方便；旁邊參觀也比較方便到達。 服務：服務挺好的，退房後也幫忙約了藍鳥出租車，blue bird. 打車注意看好正規的靠譜！ 整體來説馬馬虎虎！感覺對不起一晚小2k的價格！不過國慶節，全世界都在幫我們慶祝，所以票價也就過了吧。反正下次來bali不會再住這家了！ 前面的kuta beach非常贊，海岸線很長，走大概50米的樣子，水剛到腰部吧……夕陽落日風光很贊！

很復古的原木風，房間很安靜 ，位置很好，kuta 海灘對麪，近酒吧餐廳街，第二天想續住 結果訂滿了，唯一有一丟丟不足的是四件套有一點點污痕，應該是洗不幹凈的，因為我對床上比較潔癖，用手電筒照了檢查的，9分衛生

位置優越庫塔海灘對面，出門就是必勝客，距離beachwalk很近，可以步行去。泳池對小朋友真的友好，活動很多。酒吧不錯，我們連住三天，送了每人一杯飲料。酒店也給孩子都免費了早餐。孩子泳池沒有玩夠，帶娃真心推薦，房間麼就是不太大吧，其他都好，贊雙大床

Amazing hotel 1 the best in Kuta when it comes to the location, standards and keeping the resort clean and in perfect condition. Rare in Bali! the rooms are extremely comfortable, with full amenities and extremely well maintained. Beautiful Balinese style with high end products, similar standards with any international Hotels. Amazing pool size middle of a beautiful landscape, just hard to believe you are at the heart of Kuta. Breakfast is one of the best around Kuta too. So much choice to accommodate large nationalities, from Balinese, Indian, asia, continental, international etc… The staff is just amazing, extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing is perfect in life and things can happened! just address it to the front office and in the next 5 minutes someone will fix your issues, including technical issues you could have in your room. Ayu at the front office is a gem! what an asset to the Ramayana. She is so efficient and professional. Same with Endra at the Gabbah restaurant - what an amazing waiter! kindness and so professional with perfect English skills…. just another amazing asset to the Ramayana. The Resort manager is new and what a difference since he joined the Ramayana - he is everywhere, extremely friendly and really manage the property extremely well. My only negative comment will be the pool water temperature - too cold , the water should be heated same as any 5 starts hotel . Many guests were saying the same things…. pool water temperature should be warmer. Nevertheless it is my favorite hotel in Kuta 15 minutes away from the Airport in front of Kuta Beach….

我在旅遊行業已經21年了,這是我第17次去峇里島,我在這個小島上的任何小地方都住過了。可以實話講,這個四星級的酒店在各方面就是五星級的啦。我們到達的時候很累,有酒店的豪華轎車來接。受到職員的熱烈歡迎,很好的果汁,然後帶去我們的別墅。 我們住在標準的泳池邊別墅。房間很酷,四柱的特大號床,漂亮的音樂飄進耳朵。我們的私人管家帶我們去看了我們的別墅。包括一個3X8米的泳池。有廚房和Minibar。每日有免費的東西。 免費的足部按摩很棒的,De Daun別墅位於Jalan Legian,有Sari俱樂部,很棒的餐館,去Legian5分鐘,這是在繁忙的庫塔裏的一個小綠洲。玩夠了可以步行五分鐘回到你的別墅,因為很私密,沒有人看到你游泳的。 警告:不要去路對面的Temple Gallery換匯,他們會騙你的,他們宣傳説有更高的匯率,但是數錢的時候,他們偷偷把你的錢搞走幾張放到他的抽屜裏。很快的,但是我逮住了他們。給他們的店照了相,我説我會在到到網上公佈的,衹去那些有執照的,權威的換匯機構,這些人就像大鯊魚。 貼士:要最好的DVD和CD的話,去“更多免費DVD”商店。就在別墅的上面,他會告訴你這個版本是不是差的,買十個還給你4個免費的,每個DVD10000盧比。 最好的餐館:迷你,距離庫塔的尾部衹有幾分鐘的步行。有正宗的烤肉,海鮮,印尼菜,冰冷的Bingtang啤酒,每餐3到4美元。我第一次在1993年來這個餐館,仍然很棒! 推薦:烏布的白水筏遊,真是絕妙,我們用了“巴哈馬”遊玩,真是不錯。在烏布40美元一天,在庫塔的話更貴些。 享受峇里島,我愛它!

Just love this resort it's our place to stay in Kuta 🙂 we have stayed in both the cottages and deluxe rooms can't fault either but since staying on the 2nd floor in a deluxe room we have decided we prefer the deluxe room. Rooms are well cleaned every day with ample supplies of water, tea/coffee facilities and mini bar. The pool is kept in pristine condition and is in the sun all day so nice temperature with plenty of sun loungers with umbrella's and natural shade it's the perfect place to relax with a bintang from the poolside bar. Breakfast has a huge selection with an egg station for you're request. The onsite day spa is another place to relax. The restaurant has a menu with a good selection and pool bar menu we have eaten here many times and cannot fault, it also has a good selection of wines/cocktails. The gardens are beautifully maintained and makes for an enjoyable walk to your room. Although located opposite the beach and on the main road once inside its a quiet oasis. And last but not least all the staff here are amazing so helpful and friendly 😊

Their location are perfect near by the beach, many restaurants, mall, shops around the corner and can be reached in walking distance. Their exceptional service was unforgettable. Especially Alit Wijaya who have shown his dedication to arrange me everything. He always makes sure that everything we need is in place & well arranged. The breakfast is more than expected, they have a lot of choice. Wifi is good but need to be improved. Everything are perfect and definitely would come back on our next trip in October.

A wonderful place to stay off Poppies II. You walk through the gates and the rest of the world disappears. The peace and tranquillity are a very welcome surprise considering it's in the heart of the bustling tourist district. Walking distance to anything and everything you could need or want. Not for those with young kids, as there's nothing for them to do. And not for those who want to party hard because everything is quiet by 9pm (which was perfect for us). The included breakfast is basic but fresh, and there's heaps of places around if you want something fancier (I'd highly recommend Crumb and Coaster of you want something more, and it's only about 5 minutes walk down Poppies II from Satriya). The air con is icy cold, the pool is the perfect temperature, and the cocktails from the pool bar are delicious (and generously poured). I can't think of a single negative thing to say,and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again (and again and again). I can also highly recommend the laundry service just to the left as you go out the back gate, and the Santorini greek restaurant , at the end of the lane to the left out the back gate (if you want the nightly special, make sure you're there early as they sometimes sell out).

The location is the main attraction for this hotel. It is just opposite to Kuta Beach. It is in the center which we can find easy to have a walking around kuta. One thing is that we got confused or hotel didn't provided proper information in Expedia. We booked the hotel just it is near to beach and with the swimming pool. But when we were about to check-in the Receptionist told us that our room was assigned in the ground floor and moreover we found there was no window in the room. But it was our fault of not checking properly in the internet. Because they had the 2 building under same hotel name and the one we choose was mid-range and other was luxury.Breakfast was super and the rooftop swimming pool, we enjoyed there. Rooms were clean and the service was excellent.
