We couldn't recommend it more! We're a family of four and stayed in one of their suites... just amazing in terms of amenities, room was good sized and beds super-comfortable! The location was perfect, in the heart of La Défense, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The Metro station is a part of the Paris Metro Line 1 (Yellow Line) was also just a short walk away, making it easy to get around Paris. The staff at Fraser Suites were incredibly friendly and helpful. Sara, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay special. We'll definitely be back next year...

這是位於巴黎的五星級的Pullman酒店, 大堂氣派的休憩區,是好友們協商適宜的好地方, 房間很舒適,我們連住二晚,浴室的洗沐劑很充足,也有供應些許洗沐用品,浴室燈光適宜 小吧台上有咖啡壺、煮水壺,也有供應瓶水,很貼心! 房間的紅色長沙發很迷人,實用而漂亮,我很喜歡!! 書桌上的充電插頭還算足夠, 早餐是非常豐盛,可以要求歐姆蛋、太陽蛋(荷包蛋),各式美食種類繁多,都好吃 麵包都很好吃,在來巴黎還要選擇這兒~~

Felt super welcomed was a Spanish speaker in France and they had almost all Spanish speaking staff and ROCIO in Night Shift provided exemplary customer service They gave me and helped me with many options of transportation and even helped me choose which one was most affordable and convenient Gave lots of recommendations and everyone one of them was great from RESTARAUNTs to things to do in the city apart from main tourist attractions 10000/10 Great experience

我們在普羅旺斯度假回來的路上在巴黎住了兩個晚上。這家酒店非常適合我們,因爲酒店內有停車場(需要額外收費),步行幾分鐘即可到達La Defense地鐵站。晚上當地有很好的餐館選擇。房間很熱,但提供了粉絲。牀很舒服。我們訂了一間家庭房,有一張雙人牀和兩張單人牀,但不幸的是,當我們到達時,房間不可用 - 然而,由於是他們的錯誤,友好的接待員給我們2個房間解決了這個問題:一個有兩個雙人牀和一個兩個晚上的額外雙人間,不收取額外費用。在我們退房後,在回家的路上,我的兒子意識到他已經把他的一個飛艙留在了房間裏。我們給酒店發了一條信息,他們確認找到了,然後繼續安排把它寄回英國給我們,只需郵費 - 令人驚訝的是,它甚至沒有花太長時間到達。我們印象深刻!服務好,房間不錯,工作人員友好和樂於助人 - 我們一定會再次入住。

The appart hotel is quite well located but some renovation works were being performed at the eleven floor when I arrived at 5PM. The room was correct. But even for platinum profile the service was poor. I rather spend a little bit more and stay at the Mercure nearby more modern and confortable.

1)我們飛往巴黎的航班遇到了麻煩,有失去一整天的嚴重風險。我們提前幾個月全額付款,但當我們向酒店發送消息時,通知他們我們的困難,並預計會延遲抵達迴應是,如果我們第二天中午之前未能入住,我們將失去預訂。儘管完全提前支付了一週的住宿和完成在線入住,但這仍然會失去預訂。提前入住和提前付款的目的是什麼?2)熱水一天失敗,酒店應該有現場工程或者有合同工程人員維修,3)房間沒有客房清潔,現在可以理解限制清潔的某些衛生預防措施,也許每隔一天。但事實並非如此,酒店將安排客房清潔,每次清潔需支付18歐元的費用。然而,房間確實配有真空吸塵器,前台可應要求提供新鮮毛巾。 4)房間很乾淨,但是走廊地毯很髒。否則,該設施是方便的步行15分鐘到La Defense Esplanade Metro(略少修道院到La Defense RER)。在這裏購物是Intermarche隔壁。它在一個安靜的位置。

Just returned from a weekend break in Paris, we chose this location based on cost and easy access to the Longchamp race course. First the positives, the area felt very safe and it was easy to walk (3 miles to the arc de triomphe) or get an Uber within minutes. The rooms are well equipped and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options and was of good quality. Sadly the overall feeling though is that the guests are a bother to the staff, the staff working over breakfast lack any interest in guests and one individual was damn right rude on a couple of occasions. When I asked if I needed to show my room number or be ticked off a list at breakfast I had ‘what?!’ barked at me then ‘no’ snapped with an eye roll. As all vacant tables were still stacked with dirty plates/cups and food crumbs i again politely asked the same man if a table could be cleared to which he simply glared and ignored me. On other occasions when getting a drink and at checkout there was a lot of waiting at the desk before a staff member approached. Staff who work the evening shift were much more polite & welcoming. Bar prices are steep, you expect to pay a premium in a big city but they really are something else. €4.50 for a can of coke to takeaway, then €65 for a small bottle of water, 2 baileys and a rum & coke. We paid significantly less for drinks in several bistros right in the centre of the city so felt like we were being ripped off here. Lastly we’re covered in bites, 3 out of 4 of us staying, 2 in particular have had our ankles and calf’s ravaged by something. Not pleasant.

200 euros la nuitée pour une telle chambre, l’hôtellerie française a vraiment des questions à se poser ! En plus, il semblerait que 2 groupes français : Accor et Pierre & Vacances se sont associés pour concevoir ce concept… Il y a vraiment de quoi s’interroger. Établissement à éviter si possible, malheureusement, il semble que les chambres à La Défense soient une denrée rare.

The hotel was perfect. Very quiet and in a quiet and safe place. The location was perfect, just 4 min to the train station by walk. The room was very clean and the staff are very friendly. I can recommend the hotel 100% and will come back again hopefully :) Thank you so much, regards :)

Accueil froid. Chambres tristes qui auraient besoin d’un vrai rafraîchissement. Isolation phonique des fenêtres inexistante. Pas de sèche cheveux dans les chambres et impossible de s’en faire prêter un à l’accueil sans verser une caution. Petit déjeuner avec un choix peu varié et un quatre-quarts rassi.
