We stayed over one night at the hotel and were double charged. We have contacted the hotel every week in the last 5 weeks and have yet to receive a refund for the overcharged amount. We continue to be told that the manager is on bed rest but will have it to our account in 7-10 days, then we were told it would be there in 2-3 days and yet we have now been charged that doubled amount on our credit card due to them not refunding the amount they overcharged us. The communication is terrible and we feel as though since they already have our money, they are in no hurry to take care of business as it should be done. We are understanding if the manager is truly on bed rest, but there must be someone that can run the business side of things while she is unable. Taking over 4 weeks to issue a refund is unacceptable, and yet here we are and still have no refund or any type of apologetic communication for the delay. ( Not to mention, no idea if we will ever get the refund we are due).
